My order E-IE21-3082264 is over a month late and all my emails have been ignored.
Disappointing, as I am a repeat customer and previous experience was good.
Based on the way that they have dealt with this issue, I will not be using Edel Optics again.

Update - I followed Edel Optics on Instagram and commented on every post with a polite note stating that my glasses had not arrived and that I was being ignored. It took a couple of weeks, but I received a full refund.

After reading carefully all recommendations I decided to try and I had a really good experience. As the price is cheaper comparing with other stores, I decided to pay 6 euro for one day delivery, actually took 2 (maybe because I bought in the end of the afternoon) but for me that's ok.

I received all Infos by email and then the email from UPS with the delivery info. Today, I've received, my sunglasses truly original.

Also, I have made my research, the company is based in Hamburg has all company's numbers and staff.

There seems to be a trend of UPS losing a lot of packages here. Sure enough that's what happened me. Several emails and calls to Edel Optics with no response. Order number IE21-3088207. Avoid!

Ordered a set of sunglasses on 8th of July and still not delivered 1st August. I have been provided with a UPS tracking number, that says the package is in Limerick, but the address details are incorrect or incomplete. After 4 phone calls to UPS International, they assured me that my address was correct and the package would be out for next day delivery. I also checked the order confirmation to Edel Optics and I provided the correct address. I have subsequently contacted Edel Optics via phone (no answer) and email to tell them all of the above and that it is there responsibility to manage delivery but they have not responded. My money has been taken and I have no sunglasses. Stay away from this company.
UPDATE 12/08/2021. Edel optics will not answer emails. The tracking for the package is now saying the sender needs to action and UPS will not allow me to action. Money still taken and no sun glasses. Lack of customer support and contact is the most frustrating part of all this, being completely ignored once they have your money.

UPS have said my glasses are lost and to contact the sender. I've called Edel Optics' helpline several times and the line just drops everytime the automated Irish voice message stops. I've direct messaged on their Instagram page and left comments on their posts but they still won't reply.

After reading the comments below, this seems to be a common issue. I have never received such poor customer service.

UPDATE
Its now been a week since UPS confirmed that the sunglasses have been lost and I first reached out to Edel-Optics. I have repeatedly emailed, messaged on both their Instagram and Facebook page and called their so called 'Helpline' but have got nothing back. Im growing more and more concerned that this is a scam site and I wont be getting the sunglasses or my money back.

I ordered a pair of raybans last week and according to UPS they were delivered to "my front door". But this is impossible because nobody can get to my front door without a key/code, I live in an apartment complex and did not see anything at my door all day. So they left it outside on the street and somebody stole them.

Edel Optics do not answer their phone, they do not reply to emails, they do not reply to facebook message. The next step is a paypal dispute if I don't get a response by the end of the week.

Ordered 3 pairs of glasses - they arrived promptly. I wanted to return one of the pairs however trying to find out how to do this is a nightmare! customer service is non existent, no answer on the phones to a number of international calls, no reply to numerous emails, impossible to figure out where to send the glasses back to! Awful company to deal with

Absolutely no response from customer service either on email, phone or facebook. No order no money. 80 EURO is gone.

EDIT. I was finally able to get some response via Facebook and sort it out. However be aware that their email / phone support is barely functional. Otherwise good prices and quick delivery assuming everything will be alright

I bought a pair of Raybans for at least €30 cheaper than any other site. Order came in about 2 days and the glasses are perfect

I bought a pair of Rayban Jackie Ooh sunglasses form Edel-optics. Apart from them being much cheaper than from of the other providers I was delighted with them when they arrived much earlier than expected. I will definitely buy again from this company.

Ordered a pair of Marc Jacobs sunglasses on Wednesday 02nd June at 8pm, they were less expensive than other sites by a considerable amount. I paid for the UPS standard delivery, €6 and they arrived in Ireland on Friday 04th June at 9am. Would highly recommend, no problems or issues with glasses.

Ordered my Gucci sunglasses last evening...got today at lunch time...it is original and gorgeous...paid the price as it is and the service was soooo good...came from Germany to Ireland less than 24 hours...love everything...thank you so much

I bought Prada sunglasses. All went well and smooth. I waited a week for delivery. Highly recommended. I will shop again on this website.

Second time using this Company and this time was absolutely Outstanding, I ordered my Replacement Frames Yesterday Morning and they Arrived this Morning. No Fuss no Muss. I tried elsewhere to get the Frames i wanted and slightly cheaper but there was problems as soon as I got my money back I ordered from here and they Truly Delivered. Thank You so Much Guys.

Absolute joke. Waited 6 weeks for delivery date. Enquired with customer service, only to be told, in a curt, non explanatory fashion, that my order was cancelled 2 weeks prior. No explanation, no apology, no notification of cancellation. Joke of a company. STAY AWAY.

This is the most embarrassing order i have done in a while. Firstly, your order has no way of tracking it. secondly, you try and reach them but cannot. Thirdly, no goods were delivered to me despite several emails and calls which went to no avail. Went to their instagram page to communicate with them, was also aired there.. However they posted an hour ago. I will STRONGLY advise and warn anyone trying to purchase from these frauds to hold your heart in your hands and get ready to give away your money. I would rather use the money on charity than order from this online store. Beware, as I am writing this review i am yet to receive my specs which i needed for my exams and its running into weeks. No information whatsoever has been communicated with me despite collecting my money for purchase and delivery. I don't know whether anyone else will like to be in this position at the moment.

Their website should be further improved. The current one does not display the details of orders placed.

Bought ray an Sunglasses with them and they came in to Ireland on time if not faster than expected, absolutely no complaints here.

Shipping was quick and glasses are excellent quality. Free case with the glasses is a nice touch will definitely order again.
