Carol. Was exemplary and so helpful. My partner an amputee visited with me to the Warrington shop and after attempting to assist us she suggested with genius as his current walking stick was way to short to consider a tall "trecking" stick which we sought out and bought. It made a huge difference as my partner is 6 foot 5 inches tall. It solved his stooping immediately. Well done dear Carol 😄❤️😄👍

Polite and friendly staff
Polite and friendly staff. Ebony answered all our questions with good knowledge of the products and showed me how to collapse the walker so I could fit into my mother's car. If I need more mobility equipment this will the first place I'd look.

Been waiting for repairs on stairlift
Been waiting for repairs on a faulty broken down stair lift it’s been having issues from day one, they sent and engineer around but didn’t repair it. Still waiting for a part it’s been two months not heard anything
my elderly mother can’t use as the stair lift dead. According to the engineer that came last time he said it’s a refurnish stairlift , we said it shouldn’t be we paying for brand new this isn’t good either. Advisors just keep palming us off waiting for a part.

Irresponsible company
Purchased a mobility scooter and promised to come with a second battery. The scooter was delivered in Jun but the second battery is still pending as of 19 Aug. Without the back up battery, I need to cancel the planned trip! Absolutely disappointed and it is an irresponsible company.
