I highly recommend Edenmoor! Their farm products are always fresh, of exceptional quality, and absolutely delicious. You can really taste the difference. Every order arrives on time, and the packaging is neat, secure, and keeps everything in perfect condition. It’s clear they take pride in both their products and their customer service. I’ll definitely continue ordering from them!

Terrible customer service. I was originally a customer of pipers farm but now it has switched to Edenmoor the customer service is terrible. I didn't receive my most recent order after receiving notification that it had been delivered, upon investigation the photo sent from edenmoor showed that the parcel had clearly been dumped outside my house my the side of the road and was no longer there. We have a bell on the gate and a very large parcel and post collection box imbedded in our gate post. On communication with customer service I was told that the parcel being dumped on the road was totally my fault as I hadn't left specific delivery instructions ..... surely deliver to the designated post box does not need instructions ??? I don't call Royal Mail, Amazon and all other deliveries saying please place in postbox obviously !
After a few emails I just gave up and stood to the cost of my order, over £100 and put it down to experience and after been a loyal and regular customer for over 2 years I will not be using them again. It was not the delivery that was upset me it was the way customer service treated me saying it was my fault when the parcel had clearly been dumped on the roadside this was appalling!
There are some fabulous organic meat delivery companies that really value their customers I will be using one of those from now and I suggest you do to

I'm prompted to write a review....so far so good, delivery was as expected and products ordered seem to be as described. I like this firm, I like the website and I enjoy the ease of use. I just hope they maintain the standard set and no reason why they ought not to do so. Thank you Edenmoor for being there for us.

This would be 5 if I had received an invoice and if with the delivery it had clearly indicated what was or wasn’t previously frozen.

This is my second order from Edenmoor and I'm extremely happy with their products, yesterday I made a curry using their lamb it was full of flavor and turned out nicely tender from my slow cooker. The beef makes an excellent stew requiring the minimum of stock as it's good and meaty with little added.

Good service from order to delivery. Mostly defrosted on arrival (not during a heatwave) which was challenging as the order was due to last 7 meals across 10 days. I can't say I was overwhelmed by the lasagne and shepherd’s pie. The chips looked amazing but were particularly disappointing as they were drowned in salt and inedible.

The food that we ordered was delicious from the sausages, to pies and desserts. The food was packaged exceptionally well and was frozen on delivery, in spite of the extremely hot weather. Such an amazing array of amazing quality food at a great price from a wonderful family farm. Delivery was quick and efficient. Would highly recommend.

5 Star Chicken. fab flavour would buy again - next level compared to supermarkets best.

Everything was fine except for the customer service which appears to have suffered since Edenmoor took over. They sent me a promotional money off email so I ordered. Unfortunately, I had not seen that I had to order at least £100 to get the discount. I emailed immediately to cancel. They ignored my cancellation request and delivered. I have discovered that he original Pipers Farm is trading at Pipers & Co

Very disappointed with my first order which included 1kg of breakfast sausages for when the grandchildren stay during the holidays - 14 days time. They arrived, some fully defrosted, probably having been in a hot van most of the day. I collected them from the driver so they were not left outside in the heat at all. The ice packs were partially defrosted too. The advice from James on Customer Service was that the sausages should be eaten within 3 days and that they are working towards adding extra ice during this hot spell. I appreciate it is hot but there was no apology and I’ve ending up re freezing them against their advice. There are two of us and we don’t eat sausages and family are not local to pass them on to.

This is an excellent company and all the products I have received are well packaged and excellent quality.
I’m in Scotland and buy from them for my dogs too (offal) and I can tell the difference as can the dogs!!
They use local abattoirs that ensure the animals are fully stunned (non recoverable) that’s a priority for me

Always good service and excellent products. I have never been disappointed.

Clear, easy to navigate website, good selection of cuts of meat and at reasonable prices. It was delivered efficiently and on time by DPD and was well packed. I’ve frozen most of what was delivered but have so far eaten the pork and apple sausages and the everyday steak. Both were superb and I’m really looking forward to trying the pork steaks, chicken and sausages. So impressed with the quality of the meat and will definitely be buying more.

Too expensive, not enough information about weight you are paying for.
I bought smoked, streaky bacon - tasted fine, but overpriced.
Topside of beef - haven’t had it yet, but VERY expensive.
Ox liver for our DOGS - super, super expensive! For the same price I get a carrier bagful from my local butcher, not 4 small pieces.
A small steak, which I haven’t tried yet, but VERY overpriced.
I would rather buy direct from the farm, but the pricing is way too high for ‘normal’ people to be able to afford. Such a shame.
RESPONSE TO YOUR RESPONSE:
I don’t expect you to compare to supermarkets, but your prices should be comparable to local butchers, or at least not the 200% mark up on your ox liver. Your prices should be reasonable if you expect to succeed.

I love the ethos, love the product. It has taken some time to find the cuts I wanted, the mutton I wanted, the raw cheese I wanted. But now I have found them and they are such delicious cuts of meat/cheeses, there is no going back for me. Delivery was great. Very very happy with Edenmoor.

Our first order under the Edenmoor banner. The order arrived on time and I immediately opened the box only to find that the chicken breasts were either partially or almost totally defrosted. I messaged Edenmoor as follows:
Order gratefully received thank you. Some of the children breast are partially defrosted and some are almost completely defrosted. Will they be okay/ safe to put into the freezer? Really disappointed to say that it was a week ago and no one responded.

Fantastic customer service and our order was well packaged and the quality was totally amazing.

Edenmoor butcher meat etc is ACE and cannot fault it at ALL I would not listen too any negative comments until you try it yourself !!
