it was ok.
parking was good and but was very frequent at 6pm .
bad points
1.not many stops in car park and had a bit of a walk to bus stop (bus drove by us)
2. on arrival back at 2am there was a bit of a wait for bus (20min) again long walk to get car.
3. bus on return was old and no where to put cases so was not safe with cases rolling around

Slightly more expensive, but no waiting for busses and much cheaper than the Terminal or Multi Story which are a rip off. Entry and exit are automated, so no need to hang onto a ticket to get out.

The parking service went well. It's quick to enter and exit. The bus transfer service worked well also.
I base parking on price as It's always way too expensive at airports! The price for my length of stay was acceptable and based on the service I would book in here again
The only downside I noticed was there are only two drop off points which if your car is not close to one and the weather is bad you may be in for a wet walk to your car (however, I'm sure the driver would drop you close if you had a word with him)

Another great service , perfect for early morning flights when you don’t want to wait on shuttle buses

Parking at the official Edinburgh Airport sites is consistently a great experience compared with the alternatives.

Facilities are first class, booking seamless and genuinely drive-in and drive-out simplicity.

The experience was flawless from start to finish. Easy drop off, easy collection. Door to door excellence. Will be using again. Dropped off 25th July and collected 11th August.

Absolutely horrendous service. I spent 2 days(4days before arrival) trying to find a way to refund my refundable parking after losing my passport and having to cancel trip.
Nowhere on website to cancel. Only an email address left as a message on an answer machine and no other way to cancel.
Still no reply to email or contact form but received a text after leaving a voicemail to tell me to use the online form. Reluctant to use again for next trip.

It went smoothly, and I was able to use the parking booking code for fast track. However, why is the rate the same for 1 to 24 hours? It's not fair!

Easy to park, though more Blue Badge bays needed. Check-in and key drop works well, and help at hand if needed. Short walk to terminal, though it would be much appreciated if wheelchairs and luggage trolleys were available in the check-in building. On return, late at 2 a.m., easy to retrieve key, find car, then on our way within minutes.

First time I have had a problem.
On uplifting my car the passenger window was open and the glove compartment also.
The settings on the multi media screen had been changed.

so easy to use, and get keys on my return journey. Good to know the car is also secure while Im away for a long trip

Seemless service

I think I checked in on the first day of the no paper ticket. When I came to leave the car park after the holiday, the car number was not recognised and I had no ticket with a reference number,so had to explain that I had paid. Just a little aggrevation at the end of the holiday. Quickly sorted and I will continue to use Plane Parking for future holidays, but without the ticket, I don't know how to get my discount on the next holiday.

Parking was well signposted, and pre-arrival instructions were clear. There was plenty of spaces. Shuttle bus was regular.

Improvement could be made to the Plane Parking area with flat/level footpaths from the bus stops into the centre aisles. We were struggling to find spaces between cars to fit through with children and large cases, especially where the ground was gravel not tarmaced.

As always the service was excellent great reception and friendly staff.
Really easy and close to aeroport

Straight forward entry to the parking area. Parking area is great size and well laid out to park easily and safely. Shuttle bus frequency is spot on and bus stops in the parking area are well positioned for reasonable walk to your car. Exit procedure straightforward and hassle free. Would certainly use again and recommend to friends who may be looking for reasonable parking in future.

The carpark is well situated although not very clear how to access it from the terminal.

Really easy experience, was in and out no problem at all, fast track bridge made it even simpler. Thank you

Really easy to book online, number plate recognition allowed barriers to open promptly on entry and departure so no fiddling with paper tickets or risk of loosing any tickets.
Long stay car park was colour coded and well sign posted from the road making it easy to find. Plenty of parking spaces inside (just remember to make note of what row you park in) and just a 5- 10 min walk to the terminal.
