The mattress is bent out of shape the mattress looks crooked
And for something that cost a lot of money it shouldn't be this way it's not very comfortable to sleep in.
I purchased this because my wife needed something new because of our back and she's complaining that it's not comfortable

I raised a complaint about the wording on the website, and they dismissed me. It said mattress with cover, when I asked where is the cover, they are talking about the outer of the actual mattress. So by that definition, can I buy the springs and sponges please? CLearly it meant mattress protector

Absolutely love my Emma Original…
Absolutely love my Emma Original mattress! We got the end of summer bundle which included the mattress, duvet, mattress protector and two pillows. The only thing I’m still getting used to the pillows. Not the comfiest unfortunately but maybe in time. Delivery was brilliant would definitely order again!

Matress had uneven firmness and had a really bad smell that wouldn't go away. I complained straight away. Then they promised they would come and collect the matress. Three weeks later I am still waiting and emailing. They will not give a refund until its collected. I have already bought another matress locally. So a smelly Emma matress worth alot of money is sitting in my hallway waiting to be collected and refunded. Makes for alot of frustration and never to get an Emma matress again
