I placed an online service call for my Hopwater tank that was installed just over a year ago. The issue I was having was a loud noise coming from the exhaust fan, at least that is what I thought.
Evercare's Frank L. the service technician arrived on Wednesday afternoon and within 20 minutes he found and resolved my noise issue. Upon leaving he said that the material he used for the fix was temporary and that he would schedule another visit for Friday the 18th. Frank L. arrived Friday on time and completed the fix. The noise is gone forever!!!!

IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE 1 , I WOULD. I WAS SCAMMED BY A SERVICE GUY AND A SALES REP. THEY ARE DEFINITELY WORKING TOGETHER. THEY LIED ABOUT MY FURNACE AND AC CONDITIONS. THEY SCARED ME INTO REPLACING MY FURNACE AND PUT ME INTO A 23 YEARS PAYMENT PLAN. I CAUGHT ON TOO LATE AFTER THEY TOLD ME I NEEDED TO REPLACE MY 3 YEARS AC AND THEY HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THE BRAND CARRIER FOR MY AC. THE SALES REP FRANK PROMISED A $3100 MASTER CARD . AFTER I LOOKED AT THE CONTRACT IT WAS ONLY $750. STILL WAITING FOR THIS GIFTCARD. ITS BEEN 5 MONTHS AND STILL NO CARD.

The representatives did a great job in servicing our Furnace and AC.
Very polite and courteous.

Punctual, Professional, Efficient and Friendly. Gave advise that made sense and also resolved my whole home humidifier incompatibility with a heat pump which no one informed me about when it was being sold to me. I am very happy that the tech resolved that matter for me and provided me key guidance on how to manage operation of the whole home humidifier between seasons which am willing and fully capable of doing.

service man was exceptional in what he did and explained everything that was going on. left a very clean environment afterwards he worked like like a horese to get the jjob done

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE — STAY AWAY FROM ENERCARE! I would give 0 ⭐️ if possible

I have never experienced customer service this frustrating. Trying to cancel with Enercare feels like trying to escape a trap. They make cancellation unnecessarily difficult and leave you feeling like you have no way out.

The entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. Instead of making cancellation straightforward and respecting the customer’s decision, you are pushed through a ridiculous process that feels designed to keep you from leaving.

My advice: THINK TWICE BEFORE going WITH ENERCARE. Once you are in, getting out can become a nightmare.

I would NOT recommend Enercare to anyone based on my experience. If you value straightforward service, transparency, and being treated with respect as a customer, stay away from Enercare.

Lock contract with builder without option to cancel without buyout

Our air conditioner died during the heat of the 2026 summer.
Jason, provided outstanding service in managing the replacement process and taking control of the install of our new Heat Pump in a timely manner to meet our needs. Great and timely communicator! The install technicians were professional, very knowledgeable and left the work site, inside and out, very clean and free of any debris.

Alex Y. was very helpful, informative, and professional. I've had good service also with the company for years and they continue to be a reliable and good means of regular maintenance.

My service technician, Sean Kim, was great. Very professional, in and out quickly. Call center was terrible. After multiple calls and appointment times, messed up booking my appointment which was supposed to be for a replacement, not repair. Sean waited with me while I tried to call them back, then made a call himself to get me an installation appointment as soon as possible. He was great!

I had an emergency leak. They scheduled a technician but he never came. I was not contacted by the company or the technician. I called the company repeatedly and they never told me the technician had cancelled. Horrible service!

I keep getting a call about my account. I DONT HAVE AN ACCOUNT. I rent. Told them them to take off their list again. Let's see if its works.

Enercare is a sneaky organization who will enter clients into contracts without the client agreeing to the proposal. Be very aware of this company!

Phone directory was very unclear in finding the department required to cancel as a customer. Wait time was long. Finally spoke to someone but they were not helpful. Trying to explain that moving to assisted living and not requiring enercare but they refused to help until I could provide the name of new owner of the home and confirmation that they had opened an account saying that I would be responsible for this until I could guarantee new owner had an account. Strongly recommend to new home owners not to use enercare if there is another service provider for your needs.

He completed the maintenance on our furnace, a/c and fireplaces very efficiently and on time

Had a plumber come out and try to unclog my kitchen sink. He snaked it 35 ft and said it was fixed after he left I decided to wash dishes and clean up after waiting 2 weeks for an appointment well the sink kept filling up with water and than all of a sudden started to leak all under neith my sink . Water kept flowing he didn't tighten under neith or something and it all leaked into my basement causing damage to all my dry wall. Still not fixed and still waiting
