I’ve been a member pretty much since the gym opened. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Members and staff are brilliant, welcoming and supportive. 😀

The gym is very relaxed. All the staff are lovely and although they don’t disturb you when you’re working out they are very engaging if you choose to speak with them , that said they always say hello , are always smiling and welcoming ..it’s great

Amazing place, perfect classes, a lot of good equipment and new machines.
The staff is lovely and so professional, they are pushing you forward and corecting if you are not performing some excercizes good which is great for you to learn and upgrade.

I wouldn't recommend this gym to…
I wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone. The equipment is old and poorly maintained. When a machine breaks, it can take up to two months before it's repaired or replaced, which is unacceptable when you're paying for a membership.
Most of the benches and seats are torn and worn out, making the gym look neglected. It feels like maintenance is not a priority at all.
On top of that, the customer service is terrible.
There are much better gyms in the area for the money. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

Cost effective service
Cost effective service, Gym staff provided assistance when requested. More anti- bacterials sprays required on each floor & more parking spaces required, especially during classes.

The gym has good equipment and…
The gym has good equipment and structure, but there are ongoing issues that need attention. The drinking water fountain has been out of service for over 5 days, which is unacceptable in a fitness environment. Also, the temperature inside is খুব high, and it seems like the air conditioning or ventilation is not working properly, making it uncomfortable to train.
Maintenance also takes too long — this has happened before with broken machines. Overall, a good gym, but essential issues are not being resolved quickly enough.

The gym offers good equipment and overall facilities, but there are persistent issues that need improvement. The water fountain has been out of order for more than 5 days, which is not acceptable in a place where people are exercising. The temperature inside is very high, and it seems the air conditioning or ventilation system is not working properly, making workouts quite uncomfortable.
Repairs also take too long — this has happened before with faulty machines. It’s a good gym, but essential problems are not being addressed promptly.

So much more than just a place to workout
This gym is so much more than just a place to workout – it’s a real community where people genuinely care about each other and lift one another up.
Our new instructor, Liam Worrall, has quickly become a big part of that community and an instant hit with all the members. He puts so much thought into every class, making sure it caters to all fitness levels. He takes the time to explain every exercise clearly and gives everyone individual attention to help us get our form spot on. He also finishes every class with the most amazing stretches!
I already loved this gym, and every instructor brings something special. The classes are consistently excellent. Liam’s arrival has been the cherry on top of an already perfectly baked cake.

I never been to a gym but with a back injury I decided to give energy fitness gym a try to help build and straighten my back when I walked into the gym I could not believe the space you have to work with marcel a lovely coath gave me a work out plan witch I'm very happy with Brandon a lovely guy also is very helpful in every way to help anyone the full staff at this gym are wonderful and will help you and guide you vto your goal I had not got a clue what machine to use but with the help of Marcel I now know what machine to use and work out I work out 4 times a week and I really love going to this gym I highly recommend this gym to anyone thank you guys at enegina fitness gym for all your help and support Peter howe

The standards of the gym are not up to…
The standards of the gym are not up to standards of gyms in general at the same monthly price point. The equipment is absolutely filthy the yoga matts are in bits and never wiped down. A lot of the equipment is broken or in bad shape with torn upholstery. Additionally, staff are not very nice which is a big draw back. I personally wouldn’t recommend to a friend. Variety of the equipment is very poor as well wit a large majority of it being used for classes where it is then unavailable to the average user.
