Big space, Good environment
Being there for a couple of weeks now. Loving the atmosphere, the setup is cool. The classes are awesome, the equipments are new. Big space, have been there after work, in the morning, you will always get one you are looking for.

Very disappointed with this gym
Very disappointed with this gym. Several machines have been broken for more than a month, and despite informing the management multiple times, nothing has been repaired. It feels like they simply ignore members’ concerns.
On top of that, there is no proper air circulation or air conditioning, making workouts very uncomfortable, especially during warm weather.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this gym until the management starts maintaining the equipment and improving the facilities.

Please read this before you consider joining especially in the summer
The place gets awfully hot as the AC does not work and has not been since I joined 2 years ago, they have fans lying around which they don’t turn on, there is sometimes mould in the bathrooms and there is one fully purposed squat rack to the left and then just cardio equipment facing a wall when that could have been additional squat racks if someone is using the squat rack then you are buggered (there is one additional squat rack but it’s jammed in between the free weight area so when it’s busy it’s not practical at all
They need to invest and update the equipment or move the equipment around as the leg press is extremely impractical and placed in a strange place facing directly as someone else who is using the angled leg press
Also there is a note on the broken water fountain saying they are waiting for spare parts which have been like this for the past YEAR (I believe you might be getting the spare parts from mars) every time you have to fill your drink up you have to go upstairs which is then very hot as once again the air con does not work and has not been since I joined almost 2 years ago, to make it worse the water fountain does not work properly and takes 5 minutes to fill up a large water bottle
Around 1 year ago I signed up to an additional membership which have me 1 extra PT session a month, this never happened and I have multiple people my details and no one ever contacted me
Energie fitness needs to move to a bigger premises, with aircon, with better equipment if it is to compete with the other gyms around the area

Only 2 problems in my opinion
1 people stay on the phone no leave other people to use the equipment
2 music it’s way way way to loud at least from 22:00 when are just few people.
I ask one of team member about music and he give me a stupid answer like the song are loud

shocking customer service
Absolutely shocking customer service, staff avoiding answering calls and instagram messages the last 3 days when looking for help to cancel my membership since there is no option on the app or website to do it yourself

Membership cancellations are handled directly by the club rather than through the app or website, but you should have received a timely response to your calls and messages. This isn't the level of service we aim to provide.

Energie Fitness Brooklands is a poor gym with…
Brooklands branch is a poor gym with high charges.
No music most of time.
No drinking water(hard to get one from only working tap)
No aircon working and neither fans help.
Instead fixing equipment, they use duct tapes on seats and so.
The equipments are too close kept without safe distance waiting for accidents.
Pull bars and pully ropes are hard to find as they never gets replaced if broken.
Showers stinky, Irregular water pressures, no soap but there is dispenser for some reason.
I think personally this gym is fit for just casual chill and feel going to gym. Not a modern good gym.
Obviously no staff before 10-11 am, I believe as never see them.

Fantastic gym
Fantastic gym, great atmosphere and really welcoming. Price is super fair, amd good opening hours.
Always greeted on arrival and wished a good day on leaving. Staff and patrons all very friendly and always happy to help.

Today
Today, my white pair of Nike shoes was stolen from the changing room. What's even more concerning is that it's a shared changing area for both men and women. I always leave my shoes in the same corner because I head straight to the gym from work and prefer not to keep them in a locker.
I was genuinely shocked when I couldn't find them. I immediately went to the manager, but instead of showing any empathy, he simply said, "It's not my problem. You should have kept them in a locker."
That response was really disappointing. The bigger issue is that someone is actually stealing shoes from a gym. I've been coming here for a long time, and nothing like this has ever happened before.
