Today, my white pair of Nike shoes was stolen from the changing room. What's even more concerning is that it's a shared changing area for both men and women. I always leave my shoes in the same corner because I head straight to the gym from work and prefer not to keep them in a locker.

I was genuinely shocked when I couldn't find them. I immediately went to the manager, but instead of showing any empathy, he simply said, "It's not my problem. You should have kept them in a locker."

That response was really disappointing. The bigger issue is that someone is actually stealing shoes from a gym. I've been coming here for a long time, and nothing like this has ever happened before.

Absolutely scammed. If I could give zero stars, I would. The business practices at this Putney location are entirely fraudulent.
Without my consent, they automatically signed me up for a membership at a completely new location that is further away from my home. To make a bad situation worse, they unlawfully took payments for this unauthorized membership from a family member’s direct debit. This is a blatant and unacceptable breach of data privacy and financial security.
I have tried repeatedly to resolve this issue amicably, but management has completely ignored all of my communications—both via email and during in-person visits. They are perfectly happy to take your money, but will completely ghost you when called out on their deceptive practices.
I am currently preparing a lawsuit against this establishment for unauthorized charges and data privacy violations. Avoid this gym at all costs unless you want your personal data compromised and your family’s bank accounts charged without permission.

Charlotte E is a fantastic personal trainer. She made me feel comfortable from the very beginning and helped rebuild my confidence to come back into the gym after being away for a while. She's supportive, knowledgeable, and always encourages you without making you feel pressured. Every session has been positive, and I look forward to training again. I highly recommend Charlotte to anyone looking for a trainer who is motivating, approachable, and truly cares about helping you achieve your goals.

Poor management very rude attitude. Stay away just trustme or you’ll regret it. They only want your money. Pathetic attitude will never recommend this gym to anyone.

There are several issues with the gym. The air conditioning/ventilaton system isn't powerful enough and the gym feels very warm even on days when it's not that hot outside. Another issue is the equipment selection. Every time I visit I find several machines are not working. Additionally, there are not enough treadmills. Please address these issues ASAP!

I only go to the classes at the gym and I love the variety and quality of the classes at Energie Midleton. There is no restrictions on the amount of classes you can do. The instructors are motivating and encouraging. It is a very friendly environment where you are made to feel welcome and part of a community. I would highly recommend it.

Gym is completely kitted out with what I need . Always cool even in warm weather and the staff are friendly but leave u alone to work out instead of pestering u every five minutes like other gyms. My only down point is the showers cause they have those button system… which are rubbish .

Gym is OK, equipment is decent. That said I can't I can't understand:
- Why the air conditioner seems to be not working, even in very warm days;
- There is no information on how to use the Wifi;
- There is no water fountain on site!

Love this gym, very community vibe, never too busy and lovely helpful staff

I have used this nice gym few times over the years since the place was opened. I have tried today to join back together with my daughter after been away for sometimes. I noticed there has been changes at the entrance. While waiting for the security turnstile gate, the guy at the reception just aggressively addressing us to stand back in front of everyone. we were really shocked so after passing through we went to him and told him that he could 've asked nicely to stand further back from the gate as it opens inward and not outward to anyone coming in. He would not listen and therefore told to even leave the place. We did throw bad words at each other and I left. I hope they Gym will train its staffs to be more gentle and polite to customers and not being rude as we experienced today. I am pretty sure the team can view the scene on their camera. It's a shame

Scruffy dirty I got a foot infection from the dirty showers staff are not trained to run a bouncy castle and full of steroid heads taking up machines and the attitude of the staff is disgraceful not even soap in the toilets avoid at all costs
