Scruffy dirty I got a foot infection from the dirty showers staff are not trained to run a bouncy castle and full of steroid heads taking up machines and the attitude of the staff is disgraceful not even soap in the toilets avoid at all costs

Good gym but not if you are a beginner. I have been in the gym a 10 years now and I recently joined this gym as I thought the staff were friendly and equipment was good. I am quite a nervous person so I asked my boyfriend to ask one of the staff members to help move the distance on the glute extension machine because we were struggling to move it and we were told “no, he is on his break” even though he was training someone beside the glute extension so it would have taken less than a minute to show us how to move it. Made me embarrassed and not wanting to ask for help again, not very nice especially if that was your first time in the gym and wanting to learn how to use this equipment as all of the machines are new.

Friendly helpful staff with a mix of ages and abilities

Top gym, easy and clean. Had Luca as my PT for the past few weeks and feeling really good with myself, can’t thank him enough onto more pt sessions with Luca, highly recommend

The gym is good overall, but some machines have been out of order for almost a month. This is disappointing for members who pay for full access to the equipment. Please repair or replace the machines as soon as possible. Thank you." Balbriggan

Such a great, friendly little gym! Classes are such a great vibe, you always go home with a big smile on your face. All the PT’s are fab, but I have a soft spot for Skye, she’s always so encouraging and brings the energy!

I love the Zumba, the strength classes is lovely too. Skye is exceptional she is good. The classes are good. And the staff are always ready to help. I feel like family here.

The whole gym all in all is a massive vibe feel like home lots of polite and helpful people and classes are wicked skye does zumba and she is out this world amazing and yoga teacher are really amazing if ur up for making new freinds and a all in all atmosphere hear wear u come

I love the 6.15am classes- the instructors are great at showing how to do the moves. I also like the variety of classes.

It’s an amazing gym. I have amazing workout equipment and calisthenics area. It have good classes. I mainly like this gym because I mainly do calisthenics myself.

The energie gym is one of the most welcoming and friednly gyms in cork with also a side of intensity and body improvement , this gym is perfect for all gym goers no matter the goals you may have 5/5 woudl recommend
