Efficient and professional survey conducted
The person who came to do the survey was thorough and efficient, he asked relevant questions about my property and was friendly and polite. The fee charged by the company was lower than the fee the estate agent was going to provide. I would have given 5 stars but the company didn't inform the man doing my survey of my booking- there was a breakdown in communication- i had contact him personally to arrange a date and time for the survey.
