english-heritageshop.org.uk Reviews

The products are excellent, my only gripe is that my membership number wasn't accepted when making payment even though it is in date. Also you cannot speak to anyone when you contact customer service, you leave a message but no one returns my call.

quick delivery.

Wanted something in particular as a gift. They had it, I ordered it, they sent it. Perfect!

Website easy to use and good quality products, very prompt delivery

E aptly what wanted delivered on schedule, perfect. My last hat had become very sun bleached after several years of great service

Very disappointed with the delivery of the English heritage gift by DX Delivery that I arranged for a friend of mine. My friend was home and waiting for the delivery. However they did not ring the bell or knock on the door and he was disgusted to eventually find the package had been thrown behind a bin after much searching. At first he thought it had not been delivered at all and was very annoyed. This sort of service is not acceptable.

Lovely items for a good cause. We were very pleased with everything that we ordered. The reason I am giving 4 stars, rather than 5, is because there is no delivery option to pay more for next-day delivery, and this meant that I wasn't able to get my husband's birthday presents in time for the big day. But overall, a very good shopping experience.

I ordered something from Heritage gifts for a friend of mine and I got an email saying it was delivered safely.
However my friend , who was home at the time, had no idea where it was left or that it had even arrived. They did not ring the bell or even knock on the door.
The person who delivered it just chucked it around the back of his rubbish bin and took off.
Disgraceful service.

So easy to order. Updates on order and delivery. Well packaged.

Got the mead fast it's great

Easy to order online. Delivery fast and efficient by Royal Mail. The Snowglobe is very well made. Heavy as made of glass. But I love it.

Excellent selection and quality of goods at fair prices.

Great Easy to use fantastic service would recommend

Ease of ordering and quick delivery with excellent packaging. Only downside was the delivery charge which was almost the same price as the guide ordered.

Excellent delivery and notification of arrival time

Well packed and delivered on time

The messages before delivery of the purchased item were great and up to the minute. When there was no answer the first day, the communication to re-book another delivery time was immediate. Phone numbers were rung! Thank you for the safe delivery of the item, which was a present.

Nice but pricey.

English Heritage Red Guides are excellent. Hopefully they will re-issue their remaining 'short' guides as 'Red Guides' as soon as possible.

Fast delivery with good communication and packaging
