Ellie was absolutely fantastic. During my refinance process I had been to three other brokers who specialize in complex cases but to no avail. Ellie was the only broker who managed to complete the remortgage that was required. Would definitely recommend.

The service was prompt and straight forward. Paige was responsive to questions in a timely manner. Paige provided an alternative when it seemed the first product may not work.

Better than my Bank
I used Enness, when my bankers of over 30 years have forgotten about customer service or long term relationships. Enness provided a service that reminded me of how bankers used to be, when a bank manager could make his own decisions. Enness came up with a solution and guide the process up to completion. Excellent.

Enness found me complex international mortgage, when nobody else could; work with Ellie she is simply the best at getting stuff done and will for sure handle my next mortgage too.

Nick Jones has been brilliant throughout the process, gettin involved, providing feedback daily and making sure the solicitor is doing the job properly. He knows his subject and he has a good attention to detail. It would not be possible to complete without his involvement.
