we gave you all the paperwork and in the last minute you guys came back and said the loan was not approved. We had to pay cash for 3 units and 1 partner had to forfeit his downpayment as he could not come up with the cash. I would never recommend your company even to my worst enemy.

Top job ! Delivered the goods in spite of many challenges.

I worked with Ennes for almost 8 months and eventually completed on my property thanks to them. However throughout the process of working with them, it became increasingly clear that you will only be a priority for Ennes if the deal is over a certain amount of money. Mine was just under £1million and that was clearly not enough to warrant adequate service.

This was evident in the lack of transparency, communication and consideration for our time all of which resulted in what was a lot of stress for us and a significant economic loss (late completion which could have been avoided if Ennes provided better service) that they never reimbursed us for.

All of the other parties involved in my transaction were shocked at their service and mistreatment of my case so I would imagine that other brokers are not like this.

I think how we were treated says a lot about them as a company and I would urge you to consider other options before using them as a broker.

Vicky was very thorough and very good, have already recommended her to friends and family! Outstanding service!
