Erna Low Ski Holidays Reviews 

Flight, transfers and accommodation all worked and were as described. We used chat twice. The first time we asked about ski lessons for our grandson. This wasn't answered satisfactorily. The second time was about check in and this was answered fully in a timely manner.

Very friendly by email and on the phone but overall a very self service trip.
Flights were Jet2 and referred to their website for extras like luggage, seats etc. also Jet2 use geneva terminal 2 which means more lugging of stuff back and forth from T1
Transfer was BensBus but only got the vouchers 3 days before and found that you get dropped off at the bus station 700m and 50m vertical from the accommodation, no map to the accommodation nor advice on the public elevator
Accommodation information was all generic, checkin was good as its 24/7 at les temples du soliel.
Lift pass voucher means you have to find a self service machine, again no information on where to find them in the package .
Overall a good trip but except for being in the package holiday regulations not sure what value ErnaLow added to DIY not sure if I could have done it cheaper using all the same service providers though
FYI Geneva passport control both in and out over 1 hour due to the new system not working or even being used at Easter

Booked a self catering trip to Val Thorens and was really happy with all aspects of service from Erna Loe. Great communications in the build up to the holiday, all details regarding accommodation, equipment, transfers and flights delivered in good time. I had a few adjustments to make prior and the web chat service was quick and efficient. I was promptly connected with a member of the team who dealt with my issues quickly. I will definitely rebook through Erna Loe.

Genuinely great experience with Erna Low. Very easy to use website, and fully customizable trips. We added on the LeShuttle to our ski accommodation booking, since it was slightly cheaper than booking direct. We didn't book the lift pass or ski hire because it was around the same price.

The accommodation was good, but what set Erna Low apart was their very responsive customer service team. We had some issues booking accommodation parking, and also some questions about check in. On each occasion, EL staff were very quick and friendly in assisting us. We also had a delay on our LeShuttle service (no fault of EL), but they are kindly following up on our delay to get compensation from the provider.

Once again: the customer service here really stands out. Highly recommend.

Recently returned from a ski vacation to Avoriaz in the French Alps which was booked through Erna Low. The resort was fantastic. Great food, incredible skiing, and a very beautiful and charming environment. We found Erna Low extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Our transfers were well organized, our rental equipment and lift passes were ready and waiting for our arrival, and all of our requests were met with no hassle. We will absolutely be booking another ski vacation through Erna Low next year.

Had to call the Erna Low office a few times before travelling, the help and advice we received was always above and beyond what we would have expected.
The holiday went well and a good price would use Erna Low again.

The booking process was smooth. Erna Low were very happy to spend time answering any queries, and were very helpful when I rang up with a question and good at getting back to me.

I would have liked a bit more communication the week before we went with all vouchers ready to download, rather than a couple of days before.

I would also have preferred info on the names of the transfer companies or phone numbers to call should we need it. It is useful to be able to contact them directly on arrival and departure if you can’t find them.

The ski hire shop allocated to us was not the nearest one to our accommodation, however luckily the nearer one said they were ok to use them. It would be good to ensure the ski hire shop was the nearest.

The meeting place we were given for the ski lessons was incorrect, we were given the children beginner location not the adult one.

However, we did work through all these things and had a great holiday.

I have used Erna Low for a number of years. Always very easy to book, good information ahead of departure and vouchers for stay/ski passes always turn up when they say they will.

Very much recommend them for an easy way to book a good value ski holiday.

Very attentive staff and easy process

Everything was so easy to book via the website. The accomodation was actually better than what I had envisaged from the photos. When I needed a carparking space in resort, the booking team sorted it out for me.

When we first started skiing in 1996 we booked with Erna Low. We have booked every year since ( expect during Covid restrictions )
So have used this company 28 years and have always been impressed with the service. It feels like a more personal/family business somehow. Whenever I have spoken to staff members they have always been super helpful and friendly ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
