What's included in an Erna Low ski holiday package?
Every one of our ski package holidays can include:

Which ski resorts and properties does Erna Low cover?
We specialise in some of the biggest and best-loved resorts in the Alps, including Val Thorens, Alpe d'Huez, Tignes, Les Menuires, Avoriaz, Flaine and La Rosière, alongside hundreds of other resorts across France, Austria, Switzerland and Italy.
In Val Thorens, our most popular ski holiday destination, we offer stays at properties including Les Balcons de Val Thorens, Chalet Altitude Val Thorens and Residence Village Montana Val Thorens, all within easy reach of the Three Valleys, the largest linked ski area in the world.

Very easy to book
Very easy to book, I call the office, they completed the booking, sent a email for me to confirm and pay the deposit.
All done.
My only criticism is that that they insist on prioritising the price / person. The only thing that I 'm interested in is the total price. That is there, but not easy to find.

I’m writing this review pre-holiday…
I’m writing this review pre-holiday because of my booking experience.
Harry was the agent that I was in contact with.
Originally I was trying to book through a competitor and found them to be uninterested in helping.
I then spoke to Harry back and forward over a week and it seemed as though nothing was too much to ask.
He sent me loads of information on Le Plagne originally and I felt guilty after some research in saying it wasn’t the resort I wanted, however this was no problem for Harry and he quickly found me 3 other resorts I was interested in.
I then had loads of questions and was having my own issues while booking a high he also had no issue helping me with.
In the end I felt compelled to write this review as I felt that I had been an awkward customer but Harry made me feel valued the whole way.
Hopefully I will write the same about the holiday now!
