Booking for a large group
I was booking for a group of 14 so there was a lot to think about when booking, we eventually found our place we wanted to stay at but unfortunately it did not have room we wanted for the week we were away. Sean, from one of the sales and customer care team made this known to me and helped me find out a new place for the 14 of us. i cant express how happy i was to have somebody with such a nice and happy attitude looking after us. If you're looking to book with a company i can say first hand that this Erna low is an easy and accessible website with a kind and fast replying team behind them.

The site was easy to navigate. The holiday was easy to book. There was an issue with the accommodation I had booked. The customer service team contacted me straightaway to offer an alternative option at the same price. Good communication and issue resolved.

Excellent service and communication
I have just booked and ski trip through Erna Ski, for 3 families. Will from Erna did amazing job, finding us accommodation for our particular requirements, at a very good price. Communication was good via email and also on the phone, which is nice nowadays.

You located our 2025 booking quickly when I gave you the booking reference. So you were able understand what we wanted for 2027.
My first contact was with Harry but when I called back after the weekend he had gone on leave. Maeve did find his notes but I had to re explain the things that were important to me for 2027.

Good experiences, will book through them again
We have booked a couple of times now through Erna Low, and the experience has been very good both times. The search and booking process is very smooth, and the ability to invite passengers to the booking account and manage split payments is a nice feature. The holidays have been great and worked out as expected with no problems, although we did have a change of appartment on arrival last time that was outside of ELs control, and was technically an upgrade. We will book through EL again in future as long as they continue to have accommodation that matches our needs.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. most of the properties aren't actually available. Yet they took my money with no confirmation about whether I'll get my money back.

Edited to say that I have read the response and it's factually incorrect. I had to contact Ernalow to ask if the property was available as I had seen it sold out on other websites. Robert then confirmed it was but never offered a refund. He asked if I was interested in other properties, to which I said yes (not like the response below) and took 2 days to come back to me to say there was little availability. By that point, I saw that I had been charged for the unavailable property and had to contact again to ask if I was going to be refunded.
It's a shame that I had the experience in the first place and that the response below was aggressive and incorrect. Even more reason not to book with Ernalow which is a shame as I book about 3 ski holidays a year. Your loss.

In response to your edited review, we would like to expand on our original response to reply to the additional points for full transparency. First, we apologize if our tone comes across as defensive. That is certainly not our intention, but we do want to respond openly and honestly to the specific comments you have made.
We apologize again for the inconvenience caused by the availability issue on this booking. Odd duration dates can very occasionally cause live booking sync issues. As this was your first time attempting to book with us, we would like to clarify that availability issues across our portfolio are extremely rare, so general availability is certainly not an issue. In the rare instance a booking does fail, we keep the deposit on hold as most customers prefer to transfer to an alternative accommodation. If we can't find something suitable or if the customer requests a refund, we process it straight away.
In regards to your specific booking made on the afternoon of the 20th, we were made aware of the sync issue on the morning of the 21st when our office opened and reached out to discuss alternatives with you at 11am. It was proving difficult to find suitable options for your specific dates, and while we were searching, you reached out saying you would like your deposit to be refunded. This email came in on the evening of the 22nd after our office was closed, so we replied and processed the full refund on the 23rd.
Given that we communicated clearly and resolved the refund as soon as we received your request, we feel we took every possible step to support you once the issue occurred. However, if you have any further questions or would like to discuss this further, please feel free to reach out to us directly.
