Fabulous Holiday, thanks to the Erna Low team that were always available on chat and phone to answer questions and clarify things. The transfer to and from the accommodation was great, on time and comfortable. The accommodation itsself was somewhat modest, whilst we knew that on booking as it was a lastminute thing, with small adjustments it could have been improved a lot!! dropped a star for the accommodation but the organization, service and most importantly the skiing was 5 star:)

Erna Low are simply the best ski company out there. we are dedicated loyal customers, and have many trips, and all of them have been well organized, top value, and efficient . well done team. you did it again.,

We stayed in Chamonix at Le Chamois Blanc. Chamonix itself is amazing and the property was what I was expecting. Having stayed in Erna Low properties over the decades I knew we would be looking at a compact apartment but it was perfect for what we needed. Light fittings just hanging on by a thread and a radiator that didnt work (no control so on and burning or off) was not great. The biggest reason for the 3 star review is that it advertised wifi and was confirmed as such but there is no WiFi in that apartment block. My partner and I are self employed and were still working hence the need, otherwise we were too busy enjoying ourselves to need it!! The customer service was not great over the chat, I was told just to buy an eSIM and that they would look into it but I never heard anything back. I would just say slight false advertising there so just double check what you are getting. The pricing for the holiday was great!! The apartment compact but clean with basic amenities, everything you need for a ski holiday. I will book again certainly!

Fantastic pre service from Erna Low for my late booking. Updates & all necessary details. Resort accom awesome. Exactly as described. Issue transfers Alpine Fleet specifically Geneva to La Plagne. Lack info v long too many stops. Drvers unclear what doing where to go. Poor comms. Shame as holiday great.

We had a wonderful stay due to great snow conditions. The accommodation was beside the slopes, lift and shops but the interior structure meant that we needed to use 2 lifts linked by balcony passageways to get to our apartment, and there was no point to using a ski room on another floor as this would have added to the number of lifts. If staying at this property ask for an apartment on floors 1-5 anything above this requires 2 lifts.
Like all french ski apartments the rooms are compact, this is ok as we were out most of the time and only three of us were in the apartment. When booking always consider the number of bedrooms as the French count the sofa/divan in the sleeping occupancy.
the apartment required some repairs - blocked sink, damage to dishwasher, lamp not working. the sink was repaired on our second mention, the other items I think will be left till the end of the season. We were able to borrow fondue and raclette set from the accommodation, and we always enjoy that .

I booked a ski holiday to Tignes with Erna Low for Christmas week 2025. The booking process itself was straightforward and the main holiday arrangements such as flights, lift passes and ski hire were as expected. Unfortunately, the accommodation and arrival experience were not up to an acceptable standard.

On arrival, the apartment had several issues including poor cleanliness, black mould in the bathroom, a non-functioning extractor fan, and a fire alarm that was not properly fitted and indicated a failing battery. The bathroom was tired and worn, and the kitchen equipment was also in poor condition. In my experience, these are basic standards that should be met, particularly at the start of the season.

There was also very little useful information provided in the apartment. There was no clear information about rubbish disposal, ski lockers, or other practical details, which meant we had to work several things out ourselves. Sheets and towels were also an extra cost that was only raised by email before travel and had to be paid for separately before the holiday, which was not made sufficiently clear during the booking process.

The arrival arrangements were also difficult. We were dropped at a designated stop some distance from the apartment and had to make our own way there with luggage and ski equipment. The distance and difficulty of this were not made sufficiently clear in advance.

The transfer itself was reasonably priced, but the shared transfer company used collates multiple drop-offs, which made the journey quite long. In hindsight, it may have been just as easy, and possibly cheaper overall, to arrange transfers independently.

I reported the issues during the stay and was advised that someone would attend the apartment. I also contacted the local supplier directly and followed their instructions to allow access. However, no one attended and the issues were not resolved during the holiday, which was disappointing and did impact our overall experience.

Following the holiday, communication took time and initially focused on waiting for the supplier. However, after escalation through my credit card provider, I did receive a full refund for the accommodation element, which I consider a fair outcome.

Overall, while the holiday itself had positives, the accommodation, arrival information and the handling of the issue in resort fell short of expectations. Credit to Erna Low for ultimately resolving the matter financially, but improvements are needed in accommodation standards, clarity during booking, and timely in-resort support.

It was the first time that we used Erna Low and the whole process was straight forward and if I had any questions the customer service reps responded quickly and efficiently via Live Chat. I will definitely book with them again.

Ernalow were able to offer the complete ski package end-to-end, but still keeping the costs low. If you are familiar with how ski-trips work (flight, transfer, local transfer at resort, hotel), then you can manage without being shepherded around by a rep. From Lyon airport, we had instructions of how to find the Bens Bus transfer, which was a bit tricky, but a call to Ernalow local customer services helped. Our hotel offered a free shuttle bus service at resort, so we could get collected and dropped off at the Val Thorens bus station (but we had to organise this, with a phone call to the hotel).

Fantastic. I would thoroughly recommend Erna Low. The holiday was 100% and everything went like clockwork. Looking forward to using them in 2027

All the arrangements made through Erna Low were excellent- accommodation and car parking was amazing, the ski hire and passes worked flawlessly (although confirmation was a little closer to our departure than I'd have liked) and the transfer for my daughter and her family worked well. Only downside was the child seats on the outward journey were inadequate but afer a call to Erna Low this was resolved for the return journey. Essentially, for just a call, any concerns were sorted by the helpful and friendly staff team. Thanks!
