brilliant customer service ....clear and secure....very happy so far

Nothing bad so far but at the same time I've not had alot of contact / information about my switch witch I would of valued alot

On a Friday a couple of weeks ago I was rung by Oliver White from Sheffield who explained about the increase in the cost of energy and as I had been in touch with my supplier to plan ahead but they where unable to offer a plan at that time . I decided to take up his offer and was given 14 days cool off time which gave me time to reflect on on the deal I have gone through with the change to EBS Energy and have found them to be very helpful . Also my old supplier has since been in touch to offer a deal but that worked out more expensive

Great company cross over was easy kept me up to date with everything as it went along. Everything was explained brilliantly just looking forward to my cheaper bills

Normally I get left feeling confused with energy switches but with esb everything was explained really well and I've been told clearly what I'll be paying and when. The switch has gone really well and I can rest easy that for the next 2 years my prices won't increase

Moving to dab could not be more easier. The staff are very nice and helpful. You always keep getting emails from ran about the move to them. It great just to be inform along the way. This is what you call customer service.

I received a call today off John to assist me with renewing my contract for dual energy. He was extremely helpful and he set me up on a fixed rate until 2023 and has managed to keep my bills low. He was very professional and had a friendly manner and it was a pleasure to speak to him. I was with Together Energy before ESB and the customer service with ESB is incomparable. Just recently switched to EBS from Scottish Power. Very impressed so far. Really smooth transition, well communicated and informed throughout the process. Bills much lower and website is simple and easy to use, and no harassment to have a smart meter! Would highly recommend.
