Quick and easy switch gave me a better rate than my last supplier happy so far

The young girl who came to the door was lovely and the lad I spoke to on the phone was very helpful

The young lady I spoke with was delightful, and she came across as if she actually wanted to help. So it was her that instilled the confidence in me to switch to ESB Energy, and I don't think I'm wrong about the young lady. Time will tell. The switch over was easy and today is my start 😁

ESB was able to give me a better fixed rate than I had previously with my last supplier..happy so far

I spoke with Joya today who was so helpful, polite and kind. She gave me a very good deal and helped me decide what term of contact would suit me well.
I feel she provided a top quality and speedy service during a difficult period regarding energy supplies.

Recently changed to ESB and so far everything has been smooth and easy.The price is better than my previous supplier who couldn’t come close to matching my new deal.Great start hopefully this continues.

Fantastic customer service, quick and to the point, easy to renew your tariff too

Been with ESB energy for a year already. Couldn't find an alternative better deal on comparison sites after this time and ended back on ESB standard tariff when my deal ended. This was entirely my fault as I ignored emails from ESB and time just got away from me.
I was contacted by John at ESB Energy, who explained my energy use and that I was a good customer and currently in credit with them. I was offered a 2 year fixed deal at the same monthly DD £70.23 as I am paying now. In this current climate of large price increases, I am very pleased with this offer and have decide to remain with ESB. John clearly explained all the conditions attached before I made my decision. Thank you John. One less thing to worry about over the next 2 years.

Bought i house which had ESB energy as supplier requested i final bill which was sent, had to set up an online account which i tried multiple times to do did not work, sent emails requesting how i could register account just got sent automated emails which provided no solution, sent more email informing that the email did not provide a solution no response. Then after all this got sent a final demand tried to pay over phone but could not as you need a 19 didget payment number which guess what was not on any of the paper bills they sent me so could not pay Unbelievable incompetence. Why do this company make it so hard for you to pay your bill. No answers to emails no ability to pay bill on their correspondence demanding payment. Would not use this company. This should be refereed to the Ombudsman.

Honestly so shocked and happy with the service i have received today. Couldn’t fault Lindsey Garriot i think thats her last name. Amazing service would definitely recommend.

This company is shocking!!!

Customer service is is non exsistant as they dont know what they are doing (they make a simple problem worse) and when you want to speak to a manager to esculate you cannot as they dont take calls from thier valued customers

please avoid if thinking of switching to them

When I finally got through to ESB Energy, after 3 attempts and being cut off each time, I phoned to discuss a £764 hike in my "final" bill, having taken the decision to swap energy providers over a month ago.
Their excuses for this hike and the forthcoming conversation with the man on the end of the telephone were wholly unacceptable, dismissive, untrustworthy and frankly avoidance of any responsibility. I saw no transparency just ridiculous excuses of a "Smart" meter that only "kicked" in after one year!!
I would NOT recommend this company to anybody and my decision is not just based on the above experience. Their attention to detail only serves their pockets and does not help their customer at all.

Really easy transfer from old supplier with better rates for fixed tariff. Simple website to navigate around too! Really glad I went with ESB.
