Friendly service on the phone, saving £15 per month. And price fixed for 2 years. Just going through the change with them now.
I have only been with Eon-next for less then a year so have the charges for leaving but ESB are paying them and not adding it to my account which is great.
Also they are 100% renewable energy which is a plus. Previous green energy quotes i have were more expensive then normal energy, which saddly swayed me off them.
Hopefully they have an app to check account some point in the future, but the internet is fine for now (just makes it a few taps easier)

I must say ESB have been very helpful.
After being with them for 12months they managed my Monthly DD efficiently. Competitive prices. I finished with a £41 credit. They sent me a-lot of notice of my contract coming to an end and called me to renew it on time. They didn’t just let me go on to a standard tariff and charge me huge amounts for one month, which a-lot of companies do.

John who called was very patient and gave all the details i needed for a renewal. I usually ask for all the KW per hour / per day costs.

Due to this I renewed and locked into a fixed tariff with ESB for the next two years, especially as there is this crisis going on with suppliers.

So far so good. Very cheap and helpful and paid all my charges to switch from british gas.

So far so good the change over from my previous suppliers was smooth and cheaper and great customer service too

Customer service team very friendly. I spoke with Brendan and he explained everything and was a delight to speak to. Moving over to ESB has saved me a lot of money each month. The change over has been done smoothly with no hiccups. Would highly recommend.

ESB, service was great, the change from Scottish gas so easy and a lot cheaper. No complaints at this time, all good.
