I received my order! All correct 😊. I redirected it to be delivered to my local post office, rather than run the risk of a failed delivery to my own address.

Would I use this company again? Probably not! I did save a few pounds using this company….but I think I would rather buy on the High Street, next time, unless they can improve their order processing..The lack of any "order confirmation" email is just RUBBISH!

I ordered online, 27/12/22 - approx £35 worth of goods; Very worryingly, I did not receive the promised email with order confirmation/tracking details. Payment was made via PayPal, and processed 30/12/22.

I emailed the company 31/12/22, with my concerns re the lack of any order confirmation/tracking details. They responded 5/1/23, apologising, and letting me know that they had been closed 16/12/22 to 3/1/23 for the holidays; They told me they aimed to get my order dispatched in the week commencing 9/1/23.

Since ordering, I have read a lot of recent negative reviews (Google and TrustPilot), most of which have had no response from the business; A very questionable way to run a reputable business.

Some reviewers have suggested that this business is a scam operation; I am perhaps being naive here, but I am preferring to think that it is just a business with A LOT of scope for improvement.

Delivery timescale is quoted at 3 - 7 working days, according to the company website; When I had heard nothing by yesterday afternoon (8 working days) I emailed them, advising that if I didn't receive either my goods, or a refund, by close of play today 13/1/13, I would pursue the matter through the PayPal dispute resolution service, Trading Standards, and the Pharmaceutical Registration body.

At around 11am this morning I rang the business .....But didn't press the number for "online sales" (where you'll just hear a voicemail asking you to send them an email), but pressed the number for "general enquiries" instead; This took me through to the Pharmacy part of the business; A real life human, called Marion, answered!!! She seemed nice, and professional; She was very apologetic, stating that there HAD indeed been problems at their end....but confirming that my order had now been dispatched; Apparently, dispatch confirmations are not being sent at the moment (IT issues), so she offered to send a manual confirmation and tracking details; This she duly did, and I now have a Royal Mail tracking number for delivery of the 6 products I ordered; This delivery is expected to be made by 3pm on Saturday.

I will update here, to confirm if I have received the order....and am inclined to contact the company to suggest that they respond (with apologies/explanation/reassurance) to all their negative reviews (TrustPilot and Google), and get something out to their customers, or onto their website, to be honest about any operational difficulties/delays they are having.

The staff were so lovely and helpful. When I couldn’t get antibiotics anywhere, they had them! A very stressful day eventually ended with some good news!! Would recommend to everyone!

If I can I would rate it BIG ZERO. They will refund part of your payment and mark your order complete without any notifications or emails of order cancelation.They don't answer phone calls or emails. This is a scam, avoid at all cost and read rest of the reviews.

Paid £138 for order a week ago - no email to acknowledge order, nothing. Today I got a refund of £98, no email to explain what’s going on. Tried calling and can’t get through! I have no idea what’s going on. What a scam, seems to happen a lot with companies I’m trying to by vitamins from, very worrying. WHATEVER YOU DO AVOID THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE - Ordered items on 23/12 and paid £44.25, received no confirmation email or order/tracking number. The money has still come out of my account. I have emailed the company twice and called numerous times and not received a single response, nor has anyone answered the phone. This is absolutely unacceptable. Writing on here in hope of some response and to warn other people NOT to order from here. I am now going to have to start the lengthy process of contacting my bank to try and recoup my money.

No customer service that replies by email or anyone answering the phone.
Husband ordered again, payment taken then refunded after 2 weeks.
Unprofessional setup & time wasters. Don’t take money for goods you cannot supply.

Ordered products online, no confirmation E-mail received. Instead an E-mail saying there was still items in my basket! Phoned company, they don’t take phone calls!! Sent an E-mail as requested, no response to Friday E-mail by Tuesday, so chased again. 3 days later a refund.

Now my inbox is filling up with random dodgy looking healthcare messages!

Avoid online ordering to save your time (and potentially money)

Placed an order 2 weeks ago. received nothing. did not receive purchase email. not responded to my enquiry email. all reviews are just like mine! fortunately paid through paypal. I'll be contacting paypal, trading standards and the shampoo manufacturer re their complete lack of service. also submitted a formal complaint to the Pharmacy Regulator. I urge others to do the same.

Do not use, the site is not safe and may be not keeping customer data safe.

Didn’t send free item as stated in the offer. I emailed them & they sent me 10ml instead of 30ml (the offer did not state trial size & was hence misleading). When I queried this, they said their returns policy contained a 20% restocking charge & £6 postage charge. The restocking charge is not mentioned on their website, but it does mention a cooling off period.
I will not use this shop again. I have just read other reviews here & see other customers have had a similar negative experience.

Error on the website and my card was charged £17 with no order created. Emailed multiple times and called. Have had no response regarding the issue. Extremely frustrating. Still trying to contact regarding a refund

a few weeks ago i placed an order one shirt and a sweater the shirt was good but the sweater was to small and now all the websites are gone i can’t find anything to send it back to can someone help me out

I received my order very quickly and the prices were very good too!

Sent me the wrong order- would have expected them to offer to send me an exchange at no extra cost but no.

This is now my go to site for Dermalogica. It is usually cheaper than other sites. I’ve contacted customer services on occasion and service is great. Standard delivery sometimes takes a couple of days longer than other sites but the cost savings far outweigh that. I also take advantage of any free Dermalogica gift with a minimum spend. Always true to their word and I’m never disappointed.

My item was quickly dispatched and in good condition

Placed an order on their website on the 17th February and have never received it. No email or anything from them to explain about any delays. Have disputed it via Paypal and they have refunded me. Terrible service!! Would avoid!!

God knows how they are getting good reviews unless they are bogus!

I have ordered online 11 days ago and still no news regarding my products.
I wrote two emails and no answer from the customer service. I want to cancel it and there is no way to do that online. I am so unsatisfied.

I ordered Dr Bronner's soap costing over £101 on 27th Dec and received a confirmation of the order saying it will be shipped within 2-7days. It also said an email would be sent when the goods were shipped which I never received. On Jan 14th after calling several times with no reply I sent them an email saying the goods still had not arrived. On 17th a reply of sorry we'll send you a refund. No question as to tracking number etc. How often does one shrug off so easily a £101 loss? I replied saying I would prefer the product than the refund and their reply was we are out of stock. I believe they never had the product in stock in the first place but took the money and hoped I would forget about it. So unprofessional. So dishonest. I see in google reviews that this has happened to many other people too.
