Estée Lauder UK Reviews 

This isn’t a review about the product, it’s the service I’m afraid. Ordered products on 13th December that were Christmas gifts. The Royal Mail tracking number provided didn’t move and showed that the products never entered in to the Royal Mail system. I did an online chat and agreed with the person that they could dispatch replacements. This was on 18th. 3 further online chats have led me to where I’m currently at. I have a further tracking number, this time it’s Evri. It’s not within their system. As I write it’s Monday morning 23rd December. It’s been in the system since Thursday morning. This is exactly what happened the first time around. Christmas Eve is tomorrow so I need to go and purchase replacements. I asked for a refund and this has been refused. They state that delivery is 4-7 business days and we are still within that timeframe.. I originally ordered this on 13th December. I’ve now raised it through PayPal to get my refund. What’s amazing me is that there is no apology, acknowledgement that it’s Xmas and no way of speeding it up. Such poor service. I’ve ordered all of my gifts online and this is such an out of touch approach to delivery in the current age. I’d avoid using this online service as I’m currently £168 down.

I recently bought a little travel size set and noticed an issues with one of the products. Getting it touch with a representative was incredibly easy though their WhatsApp. The response was also quick and friendly. When I queried my issue, Estée Lauder were so quick to apologise and solve the problem so quickly. I expected them to not care as much about a little travel size but they treated me as if I have spent £££££ and it made feel very valued. One of the best customer service experiences I have ever received and they deserve recognition for that.

I have recently started shopping at Estée Lauder in John Lewis in Glasgow.
I have started using the Double Wear range which I am very pleased with. Flawless foundation that lasts all day.
The service and help I’ve had from Lyndsey in store has been amazing. She is so knowledgeable and always pleased to help guide me on best products for my look and complexion.
I won’t shop anywhere else for make up now. Thanks Lindsey x

Had a complimentary facial today in Rushden lakes Frazers with Debbie. So amazing wonderful products and Debbie was absolutely great feel like I've known her for ever. Very knowledgeable about her products. Bought some products and was given some complimentary products and gift bag which are great. What an amazing lady and so kind went above and beyond Frazers are lucky to have her. I did feel sorry for her as the escalator was broken and was making a terrible noise don't know how the staff stand that all day!! Please fix it!!! Thank you again Debbie. 😊

Ordered a significant amount- order did not arrive. When I contacted was told to use the tracking- the reason I contacted was that the order was not traceable - very poor customer service and now am in the position of awaiting a refund and this outfit have had my money for a significant time - clearly gone downhill as other reviews attest- will not order again

Excellent, easy ordering process and fast delivery, plus I received a 20% discount off the item. I haven’t ordered for a while and was pleased that the service was still perfect, thank you.

Spent a lot of money and clicked to get my free samples. When the order arrived, no samples. Contacted customer services and was given the response of we apologise but the samples are only available whilst stocks last. I had spent enough money to have 5 free samples and it seems strange that all 5 were out of stock. Why not send an alternative or at least an email or message to apologise and explain. Or alternatively send them once they do come back into stock. Nothing apart from an apology was offered. Really poor and not what I would expect from a premium brand. I would have been completely happy if the samples were not offered in the first place (5 stars) but to offer and then not fulfil was disappointing. Will not be buying direct again and has made me think twice about brand loyalty.

I want to express my concerns regarding in store service. I have booked appointments on 6th of June in Boots, Waterloo station with Estee lauder beauty counter for:
1. THE BEAUTY SLEEP GLOW
2. THE EYE BRIGHTENER
3. THE FLAWLESS FACE
When I arrived, there wasn't no one. Boots staff member said that Estee Lauder beauty counter not here, she called sick and there no one who can make for me booked service. I spent time and money for travelling for no reason. No one informed me that my appointments will be cancelled.
I booked again appointments on 7th of June in

LUXURY SKINCARE EXPERIENCE and LEARN A NEW LOOK. I was very disappointed again with beauty counter customer service. From the beginning when I arrived, she wasn’t happy that I came. She asked me to show her proof that I have with her an appointment. She did for me first an appointment for 10 minutes, even dough in booking said that an appointment will last 30 minutes, but second appointment she refused straight away. She said that they don't put any make up after luxury skincare. She gave me few small paper samples and was waiting when I will leave the store. I booked appointments because company provide this service. I spent my time and money for the travelling and expected that I will get good customer service and will be able choose in future skincare for myself that will suit me, but instead that I had a very horrible experience and customer service, when beauty counter just was waiting how to get rid of me. I won’t book any future appointments in store and won’t use Estee Lauder service.

Daniel was a very helpful agent over the phone. They made sure I was happy with the products I purchased.
My mother and I will still be loyal customers to this brand.

Recent bought 30ml brightening serum and there is literally 2 pumps and it’s gone rip off product for £75.00

I want compensation

Extremely useless customer service online and whats app! Waited over 40mins for an answer! I had bought some items online over £100. There was a free gift offer. The gift did not arrive as it was out of stock by the time the order reached the warehouse! I asked for any replacement as this was not acceptable.
After waiting for over 40mins,on the chat helpline, the only solution they had was for me to return my items!

My son recently purchased a bottle of Tom Ford from John Lewis online what he received was questionable and defective.
Unable to address his complaint and him being sent to a store an hour away nothing was resolved.
I took this to the Estee Lauder Customer service team who dealt with this matter.
Having worked for this company in the past for many years I had every faith they would address this and they did. Estee Lauder Companies continue to serve their customers to the highest standards. My son is happy and I'm assured that my time with this company was worth it's weight in gold. Big thankyou to Estee Lauder/ Tom Ford customer service.

An absolute shambles of a company. My wife bought £115.00 worth of products online and now these clowns can find no record of her purchases even though she has the screenshots talking with their so called customer service. Avoid this company at all costs. Considering they are a massive world wide company they have absolutely no idea how to deal with customers.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND OUTRAGE

Walked into the cosmetic company store wembley today afternoon I was genuinely mortified by how a staff member was on the shop floor in tears. I genuinely felt really sorry and bad for the young lady In the store today who was trying to serve customers and hold herself together.

When I asked the young lady if there was another staff member who is able to help her she replied back very politely holding back her tears stating that unfortunately it was just her today at the store. Normally this Asian lady serves me very well and always has a smile on her face she has fantastic product knowledge which has always driven me to the right direction of my purchase, and I have never ever seen her this way. It was very disgusting to see a member of staff left in this situation. I can't comprehend how a member of staff was left on her own and how the company would allow this.

I hope that the company look into this matter and ensure the well being of their staff, as it's not nice to witness another person being shattered.

The rewards scheme is a total scam!

I’ve been an Estée Lauder fan for over 30 years and in the last few years I’ve started to buy directly from them. The first reward I didn’t receive as they stay it’s subject to their stock and terms and conditions. Just before Xmas when my pints were about to expire I bought a lip envy balm and claimed my free full size moisturiser (I was in the top level for points) and guess what? They sent me a sample!!!! This time the excuse is that I didn’t claim the reward at check out.

Customer service is shocking and it’s taken me two weeks to get hold of someone to be told this. After being verbally abused and chased by a member of the Estée Lauder team at Liverpool airport earlier this year and a horrible time then with their customer service team where I had to be investigated and was told that ‘I wouldn’t get free stuff’ and now this experience of their customer service I wont be spending my money here

Item didn't arrive in time for Christmas. Estée Lauder took 3 days to dispatch the item so it was never going to arrive. I wish I had read the reviews on here before ordering. Very disappointed and will not use again.

STOP SPAMMING ME WITH TEXT MESSAGES - I HAVE UNSUBSCRIBE AND BLOCKED THE NUMBER NUMEROUS TIMES

Ordered wrong colour as a gift so needed to return. 3 weeks later, many phone calls and an online chat and I'm still waiting for my refund. Won't be buying from this company directly again.

Ordered for next day delivery, at around 11am, with cut off time of 4pm. Item not despatched, until the next morning, so obviously did not arrive the next day. Had to spend a lot of time waiting on online chat to claim a refund for the delivery charge. Online chat advisor said "there is no need to worry, the item will be with you tomorrow." 2 days later, I'm still waiting for the item. Appreciate that delays happen, but customer service could be greatly improved.

Awful company do not look after their staff. I was bullied when working for their company and I was not protected, no official training, HR are disgustingly rude and unprofessional over the phone, pay was completely messed up which left me looking for ways to eat and live…..
unprofessional uncaring company for staff and products….. I would advise never to work for them ….. left destitute and massive anxiety….. high managers do not care either….. just deny allegations and carry on treating people badly……
