Every thing went well from the decision to go with eSure to completion and payment. The eSure app was easily downloaded and seems quite straightforward in operation. I needed no help in accomplishing any of this which indicates the process and system was pleasingly robust.

Very disappointed.
I've had home insurance with esure for a number of years, never made a claim, premiums increased by around £20 a year.
Then this year the premiums more than doubled for no reason at all! No change had been requested or made to my policy.
Unable to speak to an actual person, I tried the online chat. No joy there, no explanation, and couldn't offer any adjustment to the premium.
I've not renewed with esure, I've now got a much better policy with the AA Home Ins.

Absolutely unbelievable.
Price gouging company who lure you in with cheap prices, then hit you with massive costs to change a policy.
£15 apparently. But stepping down from a 1.6 Supercharged Mini cooper S (group 30) to a 1.5 Mitsubishi Colt cost me £105 in admin fees which I filled out. And from £18 a month for a Supercharged Mini, basically a racing car! To a slow pos 1.5 (group 14) somehow ended up being spun up as a £400 a year policy. And with 6 months left until I reach my 5 year NCD, I will be jumping ship due to the absolute scam that's been pulled on me here.
I even said to the agent, I've just got out of a supercharged car!
She said "yeah, there are different groups" yeah I know! And this one is group 17! 13 groups LOWER than my mini!!!!
So I'm paying a racket of £50 a month for 6 months! For a cheap runaround, it's not that cheap!
I got rid of the mini because I do LESS THAN 2000 miles a year. So it was fun but pointless.
So I despise this company right now!
They've had my eyes out. I feel sick thinking about it!
I was also told that "auto renew can be turned on" I said once these 6 months are up, I'll have my 5 years NCD, and I'll be out of here!
She replied, "hopefully 🙏🏻" then bailed.
So I'm left absolutely fuming. Fair enough the £105, but the £400 a year for a 49 year old with 4 years NCD is an absolute joke!
I will be bailing out as soon as April 18th hits.

I think they're charging me for the Turbo version! Because the badge is literally the same. But I'm not.
Even if I was, it'd be the same as my Mini!
So I've been absolutely bilked! So thank you Esure. I guarantee you won't get another penny after 6 months.

I’ve had a really positive experience with esure. The whole process was straightforward and easy, and the customer service team were friendly, helpful and professional. Any questions I had were dealt with quickly and clearly, which made everything much less stressful.

I’m very happy with the service I’ve received from esure and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable insurance company.

Experience seemed to go smoothly, however, my insurance cover is to start on 28th October but they took payment immediately on the 3rd October.
