Eurochange sent the money in the smallest denominations, resulting in a rather bulky stack—not the most convenient option for travel. You can always exchange the money once you arrive. Moreover, they advertise their unique offer to exchange the remaining funds at a favourable exchange rate—which is precisely what prompted me to use their services. However, they failed to clearly explain that obtaining a refund at that favourablw rate required paying an additional fee of £4; I did not make this small payment and consequently lost some money. I will not use their services again.

Clean, simple, fast.
Clean transaction, Ordered online and was available almost as soon as the store opened the next day for collection.
Information given clearly, cash counted and reciept given.
The ladies operating the stall also seemed happy.

Excellent service, with a smile!
I can't speak highly enough about the service provided by Angharad at your Cwmbran branch. I placed an online order for collection the following day, but turned up early; literally 30 mins after order placement! Nothing was too much trouble for Angharad, she offered to make the order up, there and then, together with my requested note denominations.
When I returned to my car, I discovered that I had lost my car keys. However, Angharad realised that the set of keys left in her branch were mine and called me to let me know they were safe and then waited for me to collect them.
Excellent service!
