Terrible customer service
Ridiculous experience at Eurochange in the Highcross at Leicester today. I went to buy some euros. The person on the counter took full payment without even checking my identification (it was over 2000 euros so
ID was required).
Realising her error she did ask for my passport which I happily provided. I was there for over 20 minutes while she kept repeatedly telling me that her Internet connection wasn’t working. Due to how long it took the service to serve me I ended up with a parking ticket. Eventually, after an excessively long amount of time waiting, I got my euros after the money was had been taken from my bank in advance of this. So imagine my surprise when two hours later I get repeated missed calls from the company saying that they need me to give them my passport details again. This server must’ve taken my passport details at least five times when I was stood at the counter. Now she’s calling to say she needs to again? When I’m now at work. I don’t think so. What an amateur shambles of a company. There is Millington’s, John Lewis money, there are countless places where I can get my currency from going forward.- and I will! I appreciate technology can fail us all but just Inform the customer so they can make an informed choice too!

No service at the Trafford Centre
Went to the Trafford Centre to change currency at 2100 after checking the closing time which was stated at 2200. Handwritten note said 'on a break back at 1000'. Waited around for 25 minutes but nobody came. Very poor, maybe be there at your stipulated opening times.

The exchange given was so incredibly low
The exchange given was so low, for what i bought for £200 was only worth £130. I usually trust companies as they will make a little on the exchange but that was ridiculous and will not use them again. If no-one gives a good exchange rate i will just get cash out of a cash machine.
