I ordered my currency online and received an email a short time later, saying my currency was ready to collect. I got the best deal I could find. Also for £4, I can convert 30% of unused currency at the same rate that I bought it. Craig Jeans served me, he was friendly and professional. Great service. Great deal, Friendly Professional staff 👍

Generally good and helpful
Easy to order and delivered on time. Customer service good when approached with an issue. However, acknowledgement email says they will notify when despatched but they didn't, and had not heard from them or Royal Mail (who were supposed to notify a delivery slot) by 11.30am on the "next day" delivery day so had to contact them to check the status of the order. Very helpful and confirmed that order at the delivery office, and it was in fact delivered about 1/2 hour later!

I have used euro exchange many times…
I have used euro exchange many times without issue except for the odd occasion, but recently it has been nothing but trouble. I go through the online ordering process and then have to go to my online bank to approve the payment as usual, then when I return back to Euro exchange it says rejected due to "unable to confirm my details" the same details I always use online or as a walk in to my usual branch, CC, email, home address, bank, dob, name and branch to pickup from so now I have been using a competitor where they have all my details and don't require me to provide my passport every time but sometimes do ask for other id. I think they have me on facial id so they know who I am when I walk through the door either to pickup or as a walk in customer. Yes euro exchange have slightly better rates but that's only pennies but I don't have to bring my id or CC with me to pickup my online purchase. Maybe I'll try them next year.
