Great customer service from Helen at the Bootle Strand branch. Ordered online as online rate better than in person rate, order reasy within minutes, great service and online rate, would recommend.
Easy to order and delivered on time. Customer service good when approached with an issue. However, acknowledgement email says they will notify when despatched but they didn't, and had not heard from... Toon meer

Short Changed FX Transaction €1,000
I completed a FX transaction with M&S Travel Money which is actually a company called Ignite FXcorp, part of the Eurochange Group.
I was short changed by €1,000 cash on a currency order in August. I raised it with them and a complaint was opened in early September once the error was discovered while on holiday.
Over two months later I have still had no answer. Customer support has been next to nothing — several letters sent, almost no response, and nothing at all addressing the money. I would not use them again or recommend the service.
At this point in time, I am having to pursue legal action.

Fraudulent misrepresentation when…
Fraudulent misrepresentation when selling their buyback guarantee.
When they sold me the currency, I was told I could bring any used currency back and exchange it at price bought.
When I did they said only certain notes were acceptable. Admitted the errors but no recompense.
Rely on the small customers not taking them to court.
You decide if you want to trade with such a company.
