I've been using Ashby leisure centre facilities for a number of years.
I would like to show my appreciation for the staff especially a mention to ollie coe for his help and support he's always very professional, polite, encouraging,
Always showing concern for my safety in the gym.
His help and support has set me up my gym regime.

I’ve just recently became a member, the service is excellent, talked me through everything. Love the swimming and aqua aerobics. Got to try the gym, which I’m told is excellent. I would definitely recommend Ashby leisure centre. 5*

I love swimming at the pool. It's a friendly and nice place to visit, prices are reasonable, I use it on a PAYG basis.

In general everything is okay but some things could be organised better and Duty Managers should listen to what people say and not be so rude

On Friday 4th August the same thing happened again but this time I spoke to Kellie the Duty Manager who listened to me and said she would look into it, I had my full hour swim uninterrupted all down to Kellie, fantastic

The changing rooms are cold and not very clean. The showers are very poor, the temperature of the water is far too cold for this time of year. They used to have a great changing room and showers when they were upstairs.

Ashby Leisure Centre is an excellent place for swimming. The changing rooms are clean and well maintained. The swimming pools are brilliant. A great atmosphere and very friendly and helpful staff.

Outdoor pool was great especially on a hot day. Plenty of space to sit around the pool. When I booked and saw the numbers accepted thought it would be too busy but it was fine. At times the smaller pool was very full but we still had great fun in it and the big, deeper pool had plenty of room. Having access to the pool bar completed the experience. Absolute value for money as it cost £10 for 1 adult and 2 children. The same as what we'd pay for the indoor but much more of an experience outdoor especially in the warm weather.

Outdoor pool kept beautifully clean -limited numbers and pre-booking to avoid overcrowding - really friendly helpful staff - plenty of outdoor seating around the pool - water is perfect temperature- lifeguards very diligent - easy booking system - free parking.

I went swimming in the outdoor pool with my 3 year old niece. I downloaded the app to book online, was quick and easy. When we arrived the reception staff were friendly and helpful. You can buy ice creams, drinks and other snacks outside. I bought an ice cream for my niece and the lady who served us was really friendly. They play music which make it feel like a holiday vibe. It’s also a relaxing atmosphere at the same time. We had a great time.

Was very happy with my visit to the Ashby Leisure Centre. All staff were very helpful and friendly and enjoyed my water aerobics session and hope to continue.
