This company attempted to charge me VAT on top of an (inc. VAT) Quote!! Their excuse was saying that original quote excluded "Print Setup" costs even though I selected branded in the dropdown. Convenient that their "Print Setup" cost is also 23% of the "non VAT" total! SCAMMERS! Avoid!

Our sales agent, Shrina, was very helpful and forthcoming with information throughout the order process. We were disappointed with some of the items on delivery. We ordered a number of things and overall most items were fine (our tote bags look amazing!) so we believe the issue experienced are outside the norm. Once we reported the issue Shrina promptly took action to remedy the situation.
