I bought the original Eve mattress…
I bought the original Eve mattress around 10 years ago and decided to buy a new one as we raved about them to our friends and family. We went for the premium version and were so disappointed when it arrived. It was thinner than the original, lighter and the outer casing didn’t fit properly. We returned it and they were excellent at arranging the return, it’s just a shame it feels like the quality has reduced to focus on cost.

We ordered one in 2019 and its been bad…
We ordered one in 2019 and its been bad for a few years now. It Was supposed to last 10 years and in reality lasts 5. At 7 years old now, its dented and you sink into the divot which has led to chronic back pain and we have decided to get rid of it and buy another brand. Really disappointed in the poor cheap quality.

Mattress protector will not stay on the bed . Turn over once overnight and it’s off the corners . Poor compared to previous mattress protector type Eve had before

I always bought Emma mattresses but…
I always bought Emma mattresses but after being very disappointed that they have made all their mattresses hybrid and thus causing us bad backs, we tried Eve!

Ordering easy
Found it easy to order online and process was quick. Didn’t ask for loads passwords which is a plus for me.
Delivered quickly I have ordered a few times from Eve especially pillows which I have purchased for my kids also.

Great mattress for good price
Bought an Eve mattress in a box super king size after reading a Telegraph comparison article. It is the premium hybrid and was £600 . Delivered within a week and taken up two flights of stairs. Medium firm and does slowly go back up when you get off it. Only minimal foam smell for about 48 hours, just opened window and can’t notice it now. Much comfier than my 7 year old previous hybrid mattress in a box from Casper. Took my old one for £50. Great service.

Previous eve mattress past its sell-by…
Previous eve mattress past its sell-by and had no hesitation purchasing a second. Its the most comfortable and best mattress we've ever had. We both have a wonderful restful sleep, even though I suffer with arthritis, there are no issues, and with the discounted price we paid it was more than a bargain
Looking forward to another forward to more years of blissful sleep.

I’m not that impressed to be honest
I’m not that impressed to be honest. The ordering was great got a discount and good price and ordered the bed and mattress. Only to be told that Benson For Beds will forfill the order. (My local Beson for Beds is not a pleasant in store experience). Also found that I don’t have an account for Eve Sleep so can’t see my order history - that’ll help any warranty claim. The lads delivering were actually pretty cool, the delivery was on time and I was updated. The instructions were good, the packaging was vast but sadly the memory foam mattress was much smaller that depicted in the pictures. The bed seems ok but squeaks. Not convinced I’m happy.

Easy to order. The delivery date was soon enough that my back didn't suffer too much!
Delivery was easy and helpful having the mattress taken upstairs. Friendly service.
