Got my original eve back in 2016 and it has lasted great. I hadn't even considered replacing it but a hard-to-ignore offer lured me back to their website. I went for the Eve Premium and am so happy with it.

I got a delivery date at checkout and I paid for my old one to be removed.

Overall, a very good experience, though not quite excellent due to a few issues that I understand can sometimes happen.

I first heard about EVE mattresses after my manager mentioned he had one and was very happy with it. I visited the website and found the Premium Hybrid mattress, which seemed ideal for my wife and me. I called EVE with a few questions and spoke to a very helpful member of staff. I ended up placing the order online while still on the phone, which was smooth and reassuring.

However, one day before the delivery date, I received a call informing me there was a delivery issue and that my mattress would be delayed by about a week. I was quite upset, as I had planned my move into a new apartment around the delivery date, meaning I would have had to sleep on the floor.

I called EVE to explain the situation, and although it took some time, the team eventually provided an airbed so I had something to sleep on while waiting for the mattress to arrive, which I appreciated.

Now that I have the mattress, I can say it is excellent. I am quite a picky person, and I was originally considering spending around £1,200 on an Emma mattress. Honestly, the EVE mattress feels just as good, if not better, and at roughly half the price. It also comes with the same 10-year warranty, which makes it even better value.

If it was not for the 1 week delay for the delivery, it would be 5 stars.

Delivery in 7 days, great delivery team. Comfortable mattress. Only thing was mattress really smelt we had to leave it in a spare room for a week to let smell go away!

Ordering and delivery information was very good. The mattress feels fine, but to early to make a comment on the mattress, as only had for a week. The only down side to the mattress is the smell of the chemicals used in the manufacturing. Still there after a week, even with stripping the bed every morning. The information states that this can take up to three months to go. Which means a lot of bed stripping until it goes.

Ordering and delivery process was simple and straightforward, pre-delivery communication was excellent. The care information that comes with the mattress has good detail and the mattress itself, well, we’re 3 weeks in and it has made such a difference to our sleep, it’s so supportive and comfortable. Highly recommend Eve.

I decided not to keep my mattress in the end, because it did not really work in the space it was for, but dealing with eve was very easy for start to finish.

No complaints and would buy again.

Very comfortable mattress that’s both supportive and not too firm, it’s the perfect happy-medium! (Eve Wunderflip Premium Hybrid Mattress). Came out of the wrapping hassle-free. The free delivery by Bensons for Beds was great with the courier bringing the mattress to my room.

Tried eve after having a simba for the last 10 years but now simba is way overpriced. I personally think the eve is a much better mattress in comfort and quality and the fact that it’s much cheaper is a real bonus.

Ordered a brand new mattress which was delivered, opened and discovered it had a sizeable yellow stain in the middle of it. Was reported to Eve and a second mattress (supposedly brand new again) arrived with another sizeable grey dirty mark on it- again reported to Eve. Was offered a small discount to keep the dirty mattress and a goodwill gesture for delivering two substandard products but then they neither paid the money back or responded to multiple messages/ calls and online requests and I have had to chase for over two weeks to get a resolution. I’ve completely lost faith in the company for their delivery of adequate products and their handling of complaints. Would not recommend.

Not worth the inflated price. Pillows OK but duvet was very heavy. I would not bother at the rrp.

A Great nights sleep, this mattress is one of the best I have ever had

Service was great from ordering to delivery, no issues. Mattress is super comfy and doesn't overheat the sleeper, which was a concern.

I felt we got a good deal on the items we bought. They seem of good quality. The delivery was on time and included in the price.

I bought the Eve Adjustable Pillow, but unfortunately I haven’t found it comfortable. I’ve tried rearranging the different layers and removing one altogether, but nothing has improved the comfort. I’m very disappointed, as my previous Eve pillow was great and felt comfortable from the first night.
