Smooth and clear from point of ordering, paying and old mattress recycling to delivery and removal.
Only had first night on mattress but very comfortable. Matress seems very well made and firm , perfect for bad back and joints.
Delivery team were very friendly arrived in time slot given and were super efficient abd helpful.

Excellent service and delivery

Whilst I am happy with the mattress - the wundeflip hybrid - now it has FINALLY arrived, I’ve knocked two starts off because of the misleading delivery timeframe. I ordered the mattress believing the ‘delivery within 12-14 days’ that was literally stated on the website. So I was thinking great, two weeks to go. After three weeks, and with zero communication from the company, O contacted them to be told it would arrive in four weeks time! So altogether a wait of SEVEN WEEKS! When I said this was not an acceptable wait time and what happened to their promise of 12-14 days, I was told that was a ‘guide’. Hmmm. And I wouldn’t have known any of this if I hadn’t taken the time to contact them. Luckily I am happy with the mattress, but the customer service? Not so much.

Easy to order, website and product information, was clear. Changing delivery date was so good too, without the endless options, almost straight through to a human. Delivery by Terry & Graham from Bensons for Beds was a complete breeze, polite, on time, professional. The mattress itself? well... that is just super comfy & like sleeping on clouds!

A bit of a long lead time but apart from that - delivered when they said they would (a call beforehand) and they took it upstairs for us. Feels very firm but the foam sort of moulds to your body shape for an extremely comfortable sleep. No real disturbance from partner who is a fidget all night.

I purchased an Eve Sleep hybrid mattress in October 2021 for £578 (sale price), based on a 10-year warranty and expectations of long-term durability.

Within around 4–5 years of normal use, the mattress developed significant sagging and loss of support across multiple areas. It is now uncomfortable and no longer fit for purpose.

When I attempted to make a warranty claim, I was told the company is in liquidation and that warranties for products sold before administration will not be honoured. I was advised to pursue a claim via my credit card provider instead.

This effectively leaves customers with a product marketed as long-lasting but without any warranty support when issues arise.

In my experience, this feels like a serious failure in both durability and after-sales support. I would not trust this brand again and would urge other consumers to be cautious, particularly given similar reports from other customers.

A really good product with a very good quality and a good customer service. The driver advised me about the delivery giving a time slot and everything was good.

I am hugely disappointed with Eve’s service. Having been delivered the wrong size mattress twice, and they refused to replace the second time. I am now stuck with a double mattress when paying for a King. Approach with caution.

Thought it would have been a bit softer as it is a little on the hard side .
