Very helpful customer service. My case was a nightmare changing delivery address from pre-filled one, and old mattress recycling service had to be cancelled after placing my order. All has been handled quickly and patiently - thank you!

Great service, excellent communication regarding delivery and quality mattress.

Delivery men (Steven and Willie) were great and delivered it to the exact room in my house.

Wrong mattress however had been picked so Eve sleep are in the process of getting the right one delivered and the wrong one picked up.

Amazing!! Best night's sleep I've ever had, first time I used my new mattress. I had my last eve mattress 8 years and went with a slightly different one this time. Also like the pillow I had free with my order. Feels alot plumber than any others meaning I only need the one pillow now

I had such a great experience with Eve. I did a lot of research on mattresses and kept seeing Eve. When I went to their site they were offering 50% off when you spent over £700. I found the mattress I wanted but then saw they offer recondition mattresses. I ended up getting the best mattress they do for £450 instead of just under £1000. I then needed to reach the £750 mark to get the discount so added on 2 pillows which are literally so good, a mattress protector and a quilt (which has zip of and off different tog sections). When I applied my discount I ended getting over £1300 worth of items for just over £350!!
Delivery took a couple of weeks through Benson for Beds and the guys were lovely. Quality of the items is great, literally soooo comfortable - both my partner and I are sleeping much better.

This is my second purchase from Eve Sleep and I'm never disappointed with the ease of purchase, support during delivery as I wanted to delay my delivery and the actual delivery itself!

If you bought your mattress before 2022, such as the Eve Original Hybrid, you can effectively forget about the 10-year warranty.
I was initially happy with my mattress, but after a few years the foam started to split. I tried to make a warranty claim, only to find out that Eve Sleep entered administration in October 2022, which has affected how warranty claims are handled.
From what I was told, name “Eve Sleep” remained after the restructuring, while the business is now under new ownership. Unfortunately, the new owners Bensons for Beds do not honour or take responsibility for warranties issued under the previous company.
I’m now looking to buy a new mattress, but in this situation I will probably choose a different company, as who knows whether there will be another change of ownership again in a few years.

Bought a refurbished mattress from Eve Sleep based on their claims it is cleaned “to the very core” and safe to sleep on.

After removing the cover, we found a large stain and a strong odour, clearly not consistent with a properly sanitised product.

We asked for a like-for-like replacement, but this was refused and dismissed as a “cosmetic issue.” Instead, they offered a refund after return, a £200 credit note (despite the same mattress now costing £440), or sending a technician to clean it, none of which address the fact the product was not as described.

We have initiated a return and will pursue the matter through our credit card provider under Section 75 to recover our losses, as we were required to pay significantly more for a like-for-like replacement.

Very poor quality control and an unacceptable response for a product where hygiene should be a basic standard.

After being unhappy with a different companies hybrid mattress, I ordered the Eve memory foam one. It was easy to order and arrived within the week. I left it for around 10 hours to expand which it did as expected. I like a firm mattress but I would look for an Eve alternative if you don’t. I am so happy with my purchase and would definitely buy from Eve again.

Good communication and a prompt service.

The team were very polite , Phoned the day before and then on the morning to let us know when delivery would be.

I understood delivery would be 12-14 days. After I had purchased, that went out to a month. 3 weeks later I still have no firm delivery date.
Meanwhile the bed base (from a different supplier) arrived within 10 days.

Quick delivery, quality mattress.

We looked around & we found 'The premium hybrid mattress'. The price was less than half the price of the next suitable mattress. We took a punt & bought one. Followed instructions. Opened it on the morning. Made the bed at 8pm. Bedtime came me & my hubby got in,then the dog got onto the bottom of the quilt. We were asleep within minutes. We both slept just about right through. Dog woke us as normal 7a.m. thought it was a one off. Oh we were doubting Thomas's. 2 months now & we love it. Sleeping extremely well. So glad we are skint. We could have got an expensive mattress & been tossing & turning, but nope, it's blooming brilliant. Thanks eve.

Great service and quick delivery.

Took delivery of a Wunderflip Ultimate double mattress (very helpful delivery persons). We have found the mattress to be extremely comfortable on the firm side resulting us both experiencing an excellent sleep pattern from the beginning. Only observation I would make is that the edges could be firmer. Had a small problem prior to delivery which I took up with Customer Care which was dealt very effectively by Mohamed and resolved immediately.
