They have never delivered a parcel to the correct address. It allways arrives to collection point which is far away (30 kilometers!!!!) from the actual address.

II have a package that has been sitting with them for 2 weeks, and every day they tell me over the phone that it will arrive tomorrow. Today, I find out they have no idea what’s going on with my package, which is worth $400. On top of that, they initially refused the delivery because I wrote "Econt office," and they don’t work with them. They didn’t even notify me; I was the one who called to ask, and they told me the address was invalid. If I hadn’t called, I wouldn’t have known. Now the package is either lost or they refuse to deliver it, even though I chose an address suggested by them. I will sue them and hope the company gets shut down.

Had no problems with this company. It handles all my Aliexpress orders and they always deliver to the nearest office.

Worst courier service. They mark every single delivery as failed and change to self pickup location that is not even near my location. Not only that, but they give a very short timeframe for pickup. Sadly, this extremely poor courier is being utilized by AliExpress and I have no choice but to go and pickup my package personally. I would give -5 stars if that was an option.

1 star is too much, there shoud -1 exist for people like this

They leave my packages at a "collection point", sometimes 7 km from my home, inputting into the system that "customer requested it" (no, I did not). Not only that, when I walk for miles to reach the collection point, I find that ExpressOne sent me the wrong opening hours. What a waste of time.
To sum up, they expect the customer to do their job, and then, to make him extra miserable, they give him wrong information.

Pathetic attempt. Mostly they take Chinese goods and deliver them to some warehouse in Hungary or Ukraine instead of Bulgaria and they are never seen again so there's no point in contacting customer service it will just fob you off. You will get through on the phone to Hungary he will say they sent it to Bulgaria then you speak to Bulgaria and they say they never received it from Hungary. In other words they say not my problem mate contact the seller and get a refund. But I don't want a refund I want the goods that I've waited patiently for. The office in Ruse has a miserable woman who refuses to look up tracking numbers and demands an express 1 tracking number that is completely different from the real tracking number for some reason. Then if you manage to find that number she will say the computer doesn't have any information. Then when you say that head office told me to speak to her because the parcel is in her warehouse and she looks and finds the parcel which will be smashed by then and filthy. I can only imagine this is not actually a courier company but some mafia money laundering scam that Chinese sellers accidentally thought was a real courier.

They don't deserve even one star ! Worst delivery company in Bulgaria ever !!! They don't deliver the shipments on time, don't answer the phones. You just sit and wait without knowing if or when the package will be delivered to you. Sometimes they just sign for the delivery and don't deliver the goods to you at all !!!

They provide terrible service, every time when I need to get a delivery, I have to call to ask when it will be delivered or why they send sms that will be delivered today and they do not do it.

Worst "delivery" company anywhere! No contact, no deliveries, no feedback! Just nothing! I don't know how are they still functioning! Don't ever make the mistake of using this company!

They haven't tried to deliver it, they just store it in a dirty warehouse and you have to go there and pick it yourself. Shady company.

Worst delivery company ever. In 10 days, a shipment arrives from China to Bulgaria, every time they confuse my receiving office and the forwarding takes 10-20 days.

My packages always get delivered to a wrong pickup location. Last time this happened I contacted ExpressOne and they said that the package would be relocated. But it never was - its status is still 'Relocating' several weeks afterwards.

Called 3 times, they have no idea. Wrote email, no responses. Seller charged though..

Update: Finally acknowledged lost package and informed the seller. Still leaving 3 starts due to the unpleasant experience.

2 stars as they started very well with this service, but since 3-4 months it is a nightmare. Parcel is staying weeks without any info. The problem is that their system marks parcel with attempt for delivery once it reach final destination (pick up location) and if you claim it not delivered you have issues with seller. They lost a package between 2 their locations and were not able to find it for a month, but also were not willing to keep me informed. Hope China suppliers will stop using them

The shipments were never delivered. The claim of the attempted and failed delivery is far from the truth as no one ever tried to contact me. Stay away from them...

The sh*ttiest delivery company ever! They always left the package on wrong place/address! They are not delivering to post offices cause these poor, ugly bulgarians dont work with them , doesnt matter that you put the address on the post office!
Also they never deliver on time and always call you after the requested delivery hour!
HOPE YOU BANKRUPT!!!!!
