Straight forward website and prompt dispatch of my purchases.

I’ve used Eyecare Partners for a several years. Their service is always very good, prompt, accurate and timely.

Items were reasonably priced in comparison to other places. I was also able to get points for making the order which reduced the cost a little.

Items arrived well packaged and quickly. I would buy from Eyecare Partners again :)

Prompt and efficient and easy to order

While the symptoms of my eyes has been vastly reduced since using these wipes daily, which are so soothing, I am still having problems.
They hurt so much when I wake up they are difficult to open.

I will get in touch with my GP who hopefully will help ...I don't hold my breath though these days 🙄

The products i purchased were excellent value for money, ordering was easy on the website and delivery was swift. The only tiny criticism -which probably isn’t worth losing a whole star for, is that i didn’t receive a confirmation email (i ordered on a Sunday evening i think) and was a little dubious as i’d never used the company before. A minor point now-i would gladly order from the company again and fully recommend their services to others 👍👍!

Good price, prompt service

Easy website to use. Checking out was clear. Contact was confirmation of order and dispatch (next working day) and Royal Mail then took over to confirm delivery two working days after that. Packed well without being over the top. All in all I can’t fault them and can’t think of anything which would improve them.

Delivery was fast and efficient. One of the items I ordered was a bottle on contact lens solution at half price because it was close to expiry date. Eyecare enclosed a second bottle free of charge. Thank you for that.
