I was at my local eye glass business. I tried on the REVOLUTION CRAWLEY and loved them. My only comment is why can't we purchase a second pair of CLIP ONs that are not mirrored to go with the ROSE colored frame? The business said I could not have a spare. As of yet, I have not purchased them from this business. Please help to answer this important question as I LOVE the frames and thee magnet idea!!

I received my order quickly only to find that they sent the wrong frames, the frames are not even compatible with progressive lenses and their website says that. It was easy to send them back but that's when the customer service went downhill. Someone took the liberty of changing the lens package I had selected (the most expensive option). They changed my lenses to the cheapest option they have all the while charging me for the expensive lenses. They never consulted me about this and I only found out because I went online to find out when I might receive my glasses and I started reading all of the fine details. I've called multiple times only to hear a message saying that customer service is not available. I've emailed multiple times with no response. I'm now out over $500 and have no glasses.

Just what I ordered! The progressive lenses are perfect, and I will be ordering another pair. Can't beat the price.

Let me start with the fact that they had glasses for very small faces that they could put progressive lenses, which is rare. And the selection was wide and varied. They were very good to work with, they answered my emails promptly.
The only reason I gave them only three stars was because when I received my glasses, the lenses had a yellow cast if I was outdoors, and they were supposed to be clear. And when I went to return them, they only give you 50% of a return on the lenses. I could understand even 20% restocking fee, but 50% seems a bit steep.

Make sure you understand what you are buying. Premium lenses do not include anti-reflection, scratch resistance or blue light/UV filters. My glasses show visible dots and blips in the lenses. The return policy is not customer friendly. You only get a 50% refund on your lenses... which is what costs the most in my case. There are better, more customer friendly online eyeglass retailers. I won't buy from these guys again, unless it is just for the frames.

The glasses I ordered arrived in a glasses container that was not long enough for the glasses inside of them, there was what looked like engravings from the lens sides on the inside of the container which makes me think that it was the flawed packaging that slightly bent my glasses. So for the future I would really suggest either getting perfectly fitting container for the glasses or resorting to some other method of packaging the glasses.

Also after I went to an optician I was informed that the lens I ordered with the frames were slightly off at the axis or something, but I wasn't expecting great lenses in the first place so I wasn't bothered by it since they were basic free ones.

Other than that, the order was quick and easy, the customer service is good and the glasses I ordered are very nice.

My glasses are the wrong prescription and I have yet to hear from anyone of what’s going on I have sent them back and would like a response I spent 135$ and would like the right prescription or my money back something!
