I ordered 100 half sandwiches
I ordered 100 half sandwiches. I have 100 employees to feed. They are cut into smaller portions and all mixed in boxes. not labeled what is in what box. and not cut into half. Now I do not know total of how many there are so I don't know if enough to let everyone have two. I ordered them half for a reason. Turns out after they called that it was not Jimmy Johns fault. They do not cut sandwiches in half. They only cut them in smaller sections. EZCater just had it listed wrong on their site. EZCater said they would need to fix their menu. I order from this Jimmy Johns often and normally I don't have any issues. This one was just a fluke not on their part. The food was great as always and I will order from them again and again.

ezCater Customer Service: 5 Star Excellence!
ezCater knocked it out of the park on our catering order this week! We placed an approximately $400 order for a corporate meeting in Las Vegas. The day before the event, the original restaurant suddenly wanted to add multiple additional charges to our order. I called ezCater to explain and they immediately understood and empathized with my frustration. I told them I no longer wanted to use that restaurant and asked if it was even possible to replace a large catering order with less than 24 hours' notice. Their response was basically, "We'll take care of it." And they did. They helped us switch the entire order to a WAY better restaurant, dealt directly with the original restaurant, and stood up for us when that restaurant wanted to charge a 25% cancellation fee.
Then the next morning, WE created another problem. We discovered there had been confusion about our meeting time and needed to change the delivery time. Then we had to change it AGAIN after finally getting the correct time. All of this at the 11th hour. I spoke with three different ezCater representatives throughout all of this, and every single one was patient, friendly, helpful, and completely focused on solving the problem. They never made us feel bad for the changes that were completely our fault. They coordinated everything and got our delivery timing worked out perfectly. The ezCater delivery person arrived literally to the minute of the time we requested and set up the entire luncheon beautifully. He asked where we wanted everything, explained each food item to our participants, and provided 5-star customer service. THIS is exactly why you use a service like ezCater. When everything goes according to plan, ordering catering is easy. Their real value shows when things DON'T go according to plan. They handled every problem, including the ones we caused ourselves, and made sure our event went off without a hitch.
Outstanding customer service from beginning to end with four different ezCater representatives. What stood out most was their helpful, can-do attitude, and it wasn't just one person. It was consistent across the board, from every phone rep I spoke with to the delivery person. THAT tells you something about the company. The excellence is systemic and because of that, we'll absolutely continue using ezCater for our corporate events.

100% would order again!
Incredible experience! Guests commented constantly "where did you get these sandwiches from??" All sandwiches were individually half wrapped and labeled, which made it super easy for guests to pick and choose what they would like. Delivery was ahead of schedule, which made coordination smooth and stress-free! There was a clarification question on the order, and the deli called two ahead to make sure they understood our requests. Overall - great service, great taste and would ABSOLUTELY order from them again!
