My order was late
My order was late. Being in a manufacturing environment, planning for celebration luncheons is done around a production schedule. When catering is late there is a negative impact to the production schedule, or to the employees being celebrated. Neither is well-received. I got a call from the vendor stating delivery would be delayed by about 10 minutes; which turned out to be closer to 40 minutes.

Frequent Misdelivery
Consistently misdelivers food to other buildings and NOT our company’s building. Every few weeks, our company’s order as a whole is delivered to the wrong location or lost completely. Way too frequent of an occurence for it to be a professional mistake.

Consistent Issues with Missing Items
This is the 3rd order in a row that the delivery was missing a major part of our order - Fruit Tray with Breakfast, Ceasar Salad with Pizzas, and most recently no taco shells for a Taco Bar. Not sure where the missing link is, but for this to be an issue 3 times in a row with three different restaurants, I do believe better oversight with the delivery drivers to ensure the full order is with them before leaving the restuarant is severely lacking. When we order catering, it's for events when I am busy running my business and the inconvenience of then having to deal with missing items is just never worth it and I feel like the "fixes" are never timely, convenient, or make me want to use the services again.

EZ-iest way to Cater!
Catering orders for work events used to be so stressful until I learned about ezCater. Now the entire process is simplifed- you can narrow down the restaurant according to tastes, distance, food restrictions, group size, etc,... placing the order is just a few clicks, and from there, you know exactly what to expect. Their "Reliability Rockstars" have never failed! If there are any hiccups, their customer service reaches out to the vendor on your behalf and quickly resolves- they even make expense reporting easy! I've used this service for a couple of years now and can confidently give them an enthusiastic thumbs up!

Its a gamble
Its a gamble. Ordering from ezCater can either be successful, or, food is delivered to the wrong location, missing items, too late or way to early and food is cold when served. I used to know I could count on ezCater, not so much anymore.
