Cookie Monster approved!
Our cookies came right on time...not only that, they were still warm. The delivery was smooth and friendly. Everyone in the office loved this afternoon treat on National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day. All of the flavors were excellent! We will definitely use Insomnia again!

Great Customer Service!
Edited Review: Ezcater reached out about the problem below, and they made every effort to fix the issue. The issue was with Wild Eggs, and maybe the restaurant was just having an off day. Thank you, Ezcater! You guys have excellent customer service!
First Review: The order was 20 minutes late. She said she couldn't find us even though she had an address, company name, we have a large sign over the door, and she was standing a few yards from the door and sign. The food was incorrect. We ordered eggs and were given sausage. The French Toast casserole was mediocre. Kalamity Katies's was excellent though. The other times we have ordered through Ezcater have been good. This is a problem with Wild Eggs.

Unfortunately my first and last order…
Unfortunately my first and last order did not go well. I ordered from Steak & Shake 2 orders of the steak 10 steak burgers boxes. The goal was to allow my summer campers to decide what they wanted on their burgers, including the choice of cheese (due to food allergies). Unfortunately ALL the burgers arrived with cheese and they were left to only eat cold fries. Abd the two gallons of lemonade literally tasted like water with a dash of lemon flavor. Spending $175.78 + $13.18 tax + a $30 delivery fee +$20 tip was not worth the convenience I thought i would get. I called customer service. Originally I was offered a 10% discount. That barely covered the taxes. I then requested the $30 delivery fee back as well. I did reach out to the restaurant that made the oder to see if I could resolve it straight through them. It was a no. Just sharing my experience from today!

I love working with Blue Mountain. They called to tell me they were on the way. They had their own cart to bring the food in, which is such a great help, because sometimes our carts are in use. Plus their food is awesome.
