Delivery was early, person was very helpful and kind. Text and email communicated often to ensure delivery or any updates that may have been needed.

ezCater makes it very easy to narrow it down to exactly what I need - price, delivery fees, price range per person, as well as ratings for a variety of options. On the rare occasiona when a vendor drops the ball, ezCater mediates the situation very fairly. Very satisfied.

Hungry Greek was great. EZcater was not.
Hungry Greek was great. The food was delicious. Easy cater was awful. Even though this was my first order placed in the EZCater so and the order strat totaled almost $200 they refused to apply the $50 discount that was advertised on their website. Terrible business - please be beware of this deceptive practice with EZcater. Ana L. was the person I spoke with and she was no help at all. Shame on you. Terrible false advertising

I have been using Ezcater for a few…
I have been using Ezcater for a few years now and have never had an issue with anything until tonight. I am a manager for a large business, I spend at minimum a few thousand dollars a month via Ezcater. This last week I placed 4 orders, 3 of those orders were great. The one for this evening the PO was $10 short of what was needed, I called like I have done numerous times before and gave a 2nd PO number to cover the difference. I got a your order is confirmed email and so I went on with my day seeing that I had the day off work. At no time did I get a call or a text of cancellation. A woman named Brandy just cancelled the whole order, and was rather rude in the email. Usually EZ cater support is most helpful. I guess she thought I needed made an example of. I went to pick up my night shift associates food, and that's right it had been cancelled. I was absolutely floored. No call to me??? No text message of cancellation, i sure got the one to confirm the order????? Seeing that Ive spent over 3K in the last week via ezcater, she couldnt reach out to me directly so I could fix this issue and my associates could have still had their lunch that they were told they were getting. NOPE cancelled then she told me to have a lovely day!!! WOW BRANDY DO BETTER FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS. I did nothing to you to have been treated like this, and my associates certainly didnt either.

One hour and a half to go…. They cancelled!
I made an order and the order was confirmed the same day. This was four days before the delivery date.
One and a half hours prior to delivery they called to inform the order could not be fulfilled as requested, I needed to pick up directly from the restaurant. Needless to say no emails, no other calls prior. At this point I was getting ready to host 25 persons so I did not have the time to go get the food. They suggested I used an alternative restaurant but provided no assistance and also no compensation (maybe free delivery? For the trouble?)
I ended up cancelling the order.
I suggest instead of using this app making the request directly with the restaurants.
