Great Experience

I initially reached out to my F1 Experiences rep, Kai, as one of my friends was attending the Mexico City F1 event. Kai was very prompt and proactive in his responses. Leading up to the event, the team answered all my questions and were very proactive with the delivery of my tickets. Lastly, Formula 1 in Mexico City was absolutely fantastic.

Austin 24, Haas Champions Club

We had the Haas Champions Club in Austin 24. It was an overall excellent experience.

The food throughout the 3 days was varied and delicious. The entire F1 Experiences personnel (Maddie and Will in particular) were attentive, friendly, and cool under pressure. The MC for the weekend (Sean Kelly) created a nice atmosphere and handled the interviews with guest appearances like a professional.

The garage tour and grid walk were organized and enjoyable (what a cool experience!).

Overall, for the price, this was a thoroughly immersive way to experience an F1 race.

F1 Experiences Recommended

Austin '24. Brilliant.

F1 Experiences were very well organised, their pre-weekend communications were excellent, great seats, very enjoyable access to unique experiences, I'd recommend F1 experiences for those considering an upgrade to attending the GP.

The "I wish" list relates to the Austin facility, not F1 Experiences. The track layout and viewing points for spectators are outstanding, food and beverage trucks /toilets everywhere, weather was terrific, and the concerts an added bonus. I wish list.... the food is horrifically expensive and average, and egress from parking after the race is an absolute gong show (2 hours to move 600 yards), the worst I've experienced in 30 years of attending big events like these. Don't let that deter you, just come with your expectations managed.

Anything but a "Premium Trophy Package", Silverstone '24

I purchased a "Premium Trophy Package" for the 2024 Silverstone Grand Prix, which included transport and accommodation. It was an 18th Birthday present for my daughter. The total cost was £5646. I was led to believe through conversation and marketing, that there would be access to the Pit Lane and Paddock area, opportunities to meet present and recent drivers and other activities only available to F1Experiences customers. My daughter and I have significant health and mobility issues, which were made known. Thursday "Live" event required a 45 minute walk to the venue - it went downhill from there. Had I known of the physical expectations of the package, I would not have purchased it because it was beyond our capabilities. The F1Experiences staff were indolent, unprofessional and almost non-existent - customer care was non existent. Transport was not shuttle type as expected and left the hotel very early - again, something we could not access. There was no access to any of the Pit or Paddock areas, no photo opportunities etc, etc, but there was massive amounts of walking. Because of the stress and poor customer service, we came home on the day before the race. I made an immediate complaint which was fielded by Dan Higgins, VP Customer Services. Initially he seemed concerned and sympathetic that our experience wasn't "premium quality" and wanted to put things right. He made, what he called, a "generous" take it or leave it offer, of an upgraded package for this year's Grand Prix. I would need to find another £3000 to access this offer. This offer is more like the package I believed I had purchased and in reality is costing nearly £10,000 - very close to the cost of this package for 2025 Grand Prix. There has been no offer of a refund, partial or otherwise. The actions of F1Experiences proves they are not interested in their customer's satisfaction, but in squeezing every penny they can out of their customers. Communication with Mr Higgins is now being ignored and is in the hands of Quintevents legal department! Mr Higgins has implied it is my fault our experience was so horrific and F1Experiences have done nothing wrong. F1Experiences destroyed my daughter's landmark birthday and opportunity to acquire lifetime memories. I would advise you avoid this organisation at all costs - you can organise a far better experience by yourself at half the cost. Beware if you do purchase packages from them and beware the disingenuous nature of the organisation.

I will not litigate this on this platform, but I will say that this review is disingenuous on a number of points. F1 Experiences takes our customer experience very seriously, and we responded to Mr. Welch immediately upon his request to discuss the situation. We are not in agreement regarding the charges that Mr. Welch has levied against myself, our staff and our organization. We will continue to address Mr. Welch's concerns through the proper channels.

Absolutely amazing service from f1…

Absolutely amazing service from f1 Experiences, specifically Kai. His support and guidance whilst booking my experience was excellent. Always available to answer questions and help where needed.

The experience itself was incredible, having never attended a race before I did not know what to expect, but the whole weekend was just amazing!!! Already booked again for next year and can’t wait to do it all again.

I took my family to the Monza GP with F1 Experiences

I took my family to the Monza GP with F1 Experiences and we had an amazing time. This was the first experience for my family at a GP but I have been fortunate in the past to go to a number of GP’s as a friend of a team sponsor.
From the start of the process booking the package Kai who looked after us did an excellent job of taking us through all the options in order to get us the package that best suited us. The communication from F1 Experiences leading up so the race was very slick with emails explains everything to the delivery of our badges.
The transport to the track was efficient and smooth and the coaches got us very close to the track and when leaving they had their own route that meant we avoided most of the car traffic leaving the track which was a big bonus.
The corporate lounge was very well run by Max and his team that did everything they could to make it a memorable trip. The food and drink was free flowing all day and the quality was excellent. A big thank you to the lady in charge of catering who sourced food for our daughter who has 3 severe food allergies. This facility which is fully air conditioned and right below our grandstand was very welcome taking into account the 32 degree weather.
I would highly recommend F1 Experiences and will be looking forward to our next trip with them to Monaco!

Harley was attentive in his emails leading up to the race. Maddie was lovely to chat with and gave us some good tips about attending other races! The food selection was excellent and CC being at start/finish was amazing.

F1 Auto centre MOT

Have returned from taking a car for an mot at F1auto centre Cirencester and cannot praise them enough.
All staff are completely Professional ,and friendly especially Lee
and Junior who is very thorough, which gives you confidence when you drive out of the centre. I wouldn't go anywhere else now!

Dutch GP 3 Day Champions Club Tickets Review

We bought 3 day Champions Club Tickets directly from F1 Experiences. It was AMAZING from start to finish. Their communications prior to the weekend were great, very thorough. I had a few questions and they answered very quickly prior to our departure from the US. Since we went in early to see Amsterdam, we requested to pick up our passes instead of having them mailed and to do so, we did have to make a trip back to a hotel near the airport which was no big deal, just a quick train ride there and back.

The Champions Club facility itself is fairly new and extremely nice, two stories right on the big banking turn 14 with two outdoor balconies. They have risers, so technically there are four levels where people can stand to see the racing. The entrance side overlooks the fan zone and is very close to all the activities that happen there. I was hoping we could stand outside and hear the different drivers Q&A. etc...but it was a bit too quiet to do this - no big deal though to walk down for those interested. The food included was delicious and plentiful all three days, buffet morning food, nice lunch buffet and passed snacks through the day. Champagne, beer, wine and soft drinks included. The staffing was top notch...super nice people, plenty of staff moving around all three days...really, having worked in hospitality my whole career...they really should be commended for having such wonderful people working there. We didn't have a single interaction the entire weekend that wasn't great.

Our package included a paddock tour and grid walk with championship trophy photo. Our paddock tour was on Friday right before FP1 and it was literally raining sideways, lol. Again, the young people with F1 Experiences really made the very best of it and it truly felt like they were invested in making sure we got to see drivers, etc...even in the crazy weather. They told us engaging facts and were happy to answer questions. They were getting texts from other staff on what drivers were moving where, etc. We got to see Ocon, Zhou, Charles on a bike, Daniel, Oscar and Yuki on scooters, Lawrence Stroll walking, Christian Horner on a cart, Gunther S...all so much fun! However, because of the weather conditions on Saturday, FIA closed all track activities, so we did not get to do the grid walk at all. F1 Experiences did have the trophy and photographer brought into the Champions Club the next day to try and make up for it. No issues with this at all...weather is weather and they had already cancelled the F1 Academy Race that afternoon as well. They were very apologetic and it was great to get to see the trophy and get a photograph even not on the grid. I felt like they took an extra step to try and make it right given the circumstances.

The overall vibe was great the entire weekend - super organized and starting at the train station in Amsterdam...it just felt welcoming and like everyone was really invested in making the race special for all that attended! It exceeded ALL expectations!

Formula 1 Belgian Grand Prix 2024

The journey we undertook with F1 Experiences was, from the first second, when we contacted to get the order details, to the last, when we left the suite @ Formula 1 Belgian Grand Prix on Sunday 28 July '24, exciting and completely satisfying. I have no further comments or recommendations. I only suggest continuing the good work and my special thanks go to the hosts and hostesses in our suite. Their service was exceptional and exhibited high professionalism.

Simply put- we got to really get up…

Simply put- we got to really get up close to all the F1 teams, paddock, trophy, pitlane and also the track! The experiences absolutely put a big smile on my dial and they were really well organized and put together! so many thanks team, keep up the great work. F1 is the best sport in the world and you guys have let me live a small snippet of the fantastic F1 life. cheers!

exclusive price for a not so exclusive experience

- even though we have communicated multiple times with both the organizers and the hotel that the person who payed the invoice was different from the guests, the hotel reservation and arrangements were still under the invoice payer's name
- even though it was an "exclusive" package, it was like the hunger games to hunt for a seat at a table, to be able to see something from the race
- the bus transfer, at least on the way back, it was inhumane, 50 degrees in the bus, everyone was soaked when we arrived at the hotel
- the participants were mostly uncivilized and without many networking opportunities

- we will never take a hotel package with F1 Experience again
- we had incidents with the private executive transfer company, organized by the hotel concierge: they left us in the sun, was about to have an accident, we were late for the race because the driver missed the entrances, we were taken with a van like sacks of potatoes to get where his car was parked - horrible for the price paid.
