As a disabled person attending for the first time, I would love to thank Christi for going above and beyond to help her fellow accessibility visitors.
Downside? Very poor access for wheelchair and scooter users (accessible area on the Hamilton straight) carnage as people struggled and damaged their equipment trying to access. Not enough disabled toilets (2 per block and one of those was a baby change area).

I purchased the Rising Talents Pack and it trully worth it. The aceess to the F2 and F3 paddock was fully guarantee with no limits and we could literally live with all the F2 and F3 teams drivers all weekend. The grid acess before the races was also unbelievable. The staff was also amazing, keeping us updated on the news regarding the races, and helping us enjoying the most of the experiece. One of the best weekends of my life :-)

Second time attending an F1 race but first time using F1 Experiences. Their process was well-organized from ordering my package, to interim communications, all the way through the insight events. Our rep was Jack Sealy and I look forward to working with him again for another race experience. He took time to reach out before our travel and also spent time with us in the Championship Club as it happened to be a race he was attending for work. Just a terrific experience all around

The F1 Experience at Silverstone was absolutely FANTASTIC.
The Experience team went out of their way to ensure everyone was having the best time possible.
The food was plentiful and delicious.
The drink was flowing freely and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves.
And the food and beverages team worked tirelessly and were friendly and professional the entire time.
Couldn’t fault anything from the weekend if I wanted to.
And what made it even better Lewis had his 9th Silverstone win.

Paying several thousand pounds for tickets where the venue was oversold leading to people having to sit in hallways. Inflexibility of staff causing many additional miles of walking in rain and mud.

Our first Grand Prix and it couldn't have gone better, and that's without the fact we got to see Lewis win his historic 9th win :)

We loved it all, from start to finish, and had no problems at all. So good in fact, that we're looking to book our second GP in Monza.

Special shout out to Harley who has been super helpful and responsive to any queries, and I have complete faith in him being able to box Monza off for us (pun intended).

Top service and packages to help you live Formula 1 at its very best.

Overall, really enjoyed the F1 weekend and the Track Experience was a great way to start the weekend. We also really enjoyed the roaming grandstand pass, as we watched each practice session and quali from a different location.

Also, appreciated the direct line of support to the team whenever we had a question.

A few things to improve, specifically for the Track Experience on Thursday.
+ Would have been nice to have a drink or something when waiting for the experience to begin, we were just kind of standing in a field and it felt very meh before beginning.
+ Near the food some tables/chairs would have been good to sit and enjoy the food/drink.
+ The speakers were great, but the mic/speakers weren't very good and it was a bit hard to hear
+ More toilets, the lines were really long and given the short time of the experience, I felt I spent a good portion of it waiting for the loo
+ Consider adding Fast Track as part of the overall package, this would have added a more premium feeling to the entire weekend

Amazing amazing experience!!! It was my first ever F1 GP to attend, it was well worth it!
The support that I've gotten was great! They have been extremely helpful!
Added in the track tour, appearance of driver legend and the journalist, met with Martin Brundle and took a pic with him!

We had a great experience in Austria. It was really made special and memorable by two members of the F1 experience team. I want to recognize Maddie Enriquez for going above and beyond. She assisted in making my wife’s birthday extra special on race day. In addition, regardless of the time of day or how hot the temperature was, she always had a smile and welcoming attitude. It was very apparent that the special treatment was her goal, as I noticed multiple attendees in our group receiving “special treatment” and having once in a lifetime experiences because of Maddie and the team. To be able to enhance one’s experience and provide an even more customized and special experience is a talent and takes a caring attitude. In addition Donagh McCarthy also provided a level of service, responsiveness and attentiveness that went beyond expectations. He showed a real interest in the guests and took a dedicated interest in making sure attendees were having an enjoyable experience. Great job finding these two individuals that have a passion for Motorsports and representing your brand and the experience of fans.

Our family of 4 had a fabulous experience at the 2024 Austrian GP. We were well-supported by Kai Murray prior to the event who promptly answered all of our emailed questions. Ticket pick up was seamless and our pit lane walk and track tour were awesome. Seats in Red Bull Grandstand were excellent for race viewing.

Any pre-race questions were answered promptly; ticket pick-up in Spain went without a hitch. Liked the transport from the carpark to the track, the food was lovely and the view from the top floor "veranda" was brill.

We bought f1 Experience Tosa grand stand starter package for Imola Grand prix,

We specifically bought those tickets to be on that Tosa corner, which has views of two different parts of the track, we of course expected to be in one of the two Tosa Grand stands.

Instead we were given tickets in Tosa 2, a completely differemt stand and location it is on a straight at the top of a hill, with no corner, no action and no view of any part of the track.

The seats were small, and uncomfortable, and we were right on the railing which impeded sitting straight in the seat

Make sure you get given what you pay for!

or better yet, there are better packages out there through other operators

I just came back from the Barcelona GP everything went well from the reservation where my F1 experience sales person has very good advice, very responsive, listens on arrival at the circuit where a team of professionals make the experience unique, well done to everyone and thank you

All around great F1 Experience at Barcelona! The Champions Club location, food, service, guest speakers were all amazing. I would highly recommend!

Just returned from the Spanish GP. Great experience. Everything was done exceptionally well. The transfers to and from the hotel and track were spot on. The guides we had with us were very helpful and I couldn't fault the experience or team.

Overall it was a great experience. I think that for Thursday they should have some food stand open since my wife had a low blood sugar and it was very hard to find a food stand or a vending machine and that could happen to anyone.

Another thing that I think it should be fixed (I know this is more for the circuit and not F1 Experiences but I’ll leave it here) this is an event that it has been happening in the same place for the past few years and the circuit should know how this works by now. Me and my family were very upset at the time that we had to exit the circuit. For all three days it was a mess to get out of the circuit because we had transportation setup to pick us up at the circuit and it was very hard for them to get in because every single day they had new instruction.

On Saturday we had to walk 5 miles down a road where there were passing a lot of cars to get into our transportation because the person who was going to pick us up parked near door 2 and a police told him that he could park there since it was a pickup area and when me and my family got into the vehicle another police came (with a rude attitude and very disrespectful) and said our driver needed to leave because he was not going to let our driver pick us up there.

We had 3 persons with impediments and we asked if at least our driver could leave with those 3 persons with impediments since they could not walk a lot and the rest of the group would walk to a point where our driver could pickup us up and the police did not let us and said that if he saw that we got into the vehicle he would get us arrested and our driver because apparently he was from another zone he was not allowed to drive in the zone where the circuit was.

After that, we had to walk 5 miles while being careful because first of all, we were walking in the express way, second, being careful that the police man would not see us getting in the vehicle because he was ended up following us and third being alert of the people who have impediments because they cannot walk long distances.

I think first, everyone needs to have the same instructions and be clear that they all are under the same instructions so things like the once that happened to us doesn’t happen in future events and those not get complicated for the guest. I have been to 2 US Grand Prix, and most recently my daughter worked at the Miami Grand Prix this year and she said that when it came to exit the circuit it was very easy and they had designated pickup and drop-off areas for people and it was more fluent than how this event was.

I would also recommend having a pickup and drop-off lane for taxis. First of all, it was very hard for us to get transportation because most of the people who drive taxis they did not wanted to drive us to the circuit because the guest would pay for the trip but they would be stuck in the circuit traffic for up to 2 hours to get out and no one would pay for that part. That’s why I think they should have a designated lane only for taxis for pickup and drop-off as in the US Events.

Another thing is that in the circuit they should have a better coordination for when it comes to people leaving the track. It was very hard to get out of the track walking because when the practice/quali/race would finish all the people coming from the last turn or further than that would take over all the space and leave only one little space for the people exiting the main grandstand.

The last thing is that we were in the main grandstands and we were on the second row and we could not see the start because all the people who were behind us got down the stairs and they all stood up where the fence was and we could not see the star and finish. I think they should add more security so they can control this type of situation because they only had one person and he just gave up because it was a lot of people and he would asked them to leave and go back to their sits and they would move and as he moved they would go behind him. We paid for this grandstand because we wanted to watch live the start/finish and thanks to this we missed it because all this people where standing there blocking the view and we also did not had any screens where we could watch it because there was just one screen at the beginning and end of the pit lane and we where in the middle (front of the walkway). Me and part of my family have been to the Austin & Miami GP and we have not experienced this many issues as we did in this GP which has been coming here for years. Both US GP have been way easier than this one was.

Overall, with F1 Experiences we had a great time.
