They will make it as hard as possible to take the money out
My experience with Facebank was horrible. First, they took more than a month to send over the debit card. They DO NOT offer any way of transferring YOUR money through means like Zelle, Google Play, or other P2P services. If you try to link your card or account, it will tell you that the bank does not allow it.
If you wish to make use of YOUR money, you have to do a wire transfer that charges a 30$ fee per transaction. In essence, they absurdly limit the ways through which you can take your money out of your account, creating a condition where they try to make it as hard for you as possible to take the money out of their bank.
This was extremely frustrating.

Regarding your debit card, we regret that it took longer than expected to arrive.
While Facebank International does not currently support some P2P services like Zelle or Google Pay for direct transfers, our clients can still securely access and use their funds through a variety of platforms including PayPal, Payoneer, PipolPay, Wise, Chime, and others, in addition to wire transfers as outlined in our fee schedule. These options are provided to ensure security to our customers.
We understand that any limitations can be inconvenient, and we appreciate your patience. Our Customer Service team is always available to guide you through these options and help you manage your funds efficiently.

Que no informan al cliente oportunamente, llevo mas de un mes intentando recuperar una transferencia internacional y teniendo la informacion el primer dia nunca me avisaron hasta que reclame a traves de la OCIF las respuestas anteriores eran vagas sin hacerse responsables cuando si lo son
