Was für Verkäufer!!! Du kaufst etwas, die angegebene Adresse ist falsch, du meldest das 3x in einer Woche und nach einer Woche schicken dir diese Typen dass die Ware an der falsche Adresse geschickt wurde! Ein absolut unprofessionelle Laden ist das, definitiv nicht zu empfehlen und Paypal gibt den Laden noch recht!

I’d give zero if allowed. I ordered teapots from an English company to delivery to UK. I was charged over £172 by UPS for customs charges and I did not accept this order. FAIRE marked it as delivered and are now attempting to charge me for items I did not receive.

This stinks to high heaven and I’ve contacted ted my bank to stop any payments. This will be contested all the way to court if it takes it.

Do not use FAIRE. You cannot discuss it live with anyone in person.

Do not order through this company. I was sent a package for 37x the estimated shipping cost, with no notification or opportunity to cancel. Zero customer service support from the unempowered agents. Took multiple orders and then just sent one item, also with no opportunity to cancel. A their shipping estimates are way off and you don't find out until it is too late.

0/5. My understanding is that they are similarly bad for sellers.

If I could do 0 stars I would. Faire is absolutely awful. Their customer service is non existent and they don’t make anything easy to do. I highly recommend Alibaba over Faire. Faire is absolutely terrible and shouldn’t be a business.

I went down the route of considering operating through them Oh boy did they make it difficult to trade, in the end we rejected it, now they bombard me with Spam email despite us 'unsubscribing' around a dozen times.

This is a repeat of Uber/deliveroo/Airbnb/Open Table etc etc.. When are small businesses/operators going to learn!

These big tech companies are out to maximise their revenue for essentially doing not a lot and will send small businesses under.

Small businesses I calculate lose up to 50% of their revenue through VAT, App-tech platform charges and Merchant processing charges.

The only way you can accommodate this is to whack it onto your prices and the general public do not have endless wads of money to spend and it is getting g tougher - globally.

If you operate through these Apps/platforms, this will come and bite you on the rear at some point.

The revenue they generate largely goes out of the UK, successive governments have not addressed this and that means we pay more in local taxation to accommodate their tax swerves.

They take your credit away as fast as they give it too, beware.

I have been on Faire as a seller for 2 years. They did the (now usual) Tech company bait-and-switch...get EVERYONE to sign up, then raise all your prices. Get your sellers to import their existing retail relationships, THEN make it impossible for sellers to not get charged commission when our existing retail relationships order from us. (That is supposed to be a 0% commission - they do all kinds of enticements to get us to get more buyers on Faire...) All of this, ON TOP of taking 15% commission from every single order. EVERY order. Another example of Silicon Valley employees and shareholders earning triple figures while the people doing all the work slave away and can barely make a living. GREEDY. My brother ordered from me for his fly shop and they won't remove the commission because "I can't show that I emailed him my catalog". My brother. Also, people still meet and talk in person, I guess they don't do that in California.

DO NOT DO NOT work with this company they are unprofessional and rude and a fraud i have a legitimate account and I my husband and I own a business and have a reseller permit and made an account and place orders and then had them cancelled but cancellation was written to some one else who was not us and Faire refused to explain the matter to me and refused to specify why they canceled my order and my account as you can see in the attached picture I even received damaged products from the first previous order I made and had proof of damage and they canceled my replacement items as well!

Faire was very misleading about the ability to purchase products through them and they REQUIRE you to provide a payment method just as part of the initial registration process. After you spend hours procuring inventory for your business, providing them with a credit card, AND placing an order, they then request “additional verification” to actually complete that order. I gave them the requested information (it is my own website) and they are still requesting more details for even further verification. They told me this was the standard verification process for all customers so I finally told them I was just canceling my account after feeling mislead and that this was a ridiculous amount of hoop jumping.

After being approved by other vendors directly, none of which required a payment method simply to sign up with them, it makes me suspicious why Faire does this. Thankfully I just provided a credit card that I can cancel if anything arises. They “recommend” giving them a bank account which I would avoid at all costs as part of the registration process. I can’t speak to the website after you order as I never got that far, but they are certainly misleading upfront and it was not a good impression.

the Buckle Bra is a piece of CRAP, the lace is so flimsy and cheap. it just rolls up and adds 0 support and the best part is... it comes with these two little circle pads that are so obvious there is no way you can wear them and without them you'll look very inappropriate. there is no costumer service, no way to contact them just a bogus 1-800 number and e-mail "buyer beware". this product is garbage and there is no way to return it.

I have been a business owner for about 25 years and have NEVER dealt with the most unprofessional and disorganized company in my life.

They allowed us to create an account, and EVEN ISSUED US A 7,500 CREDIT LINE. Giving us the green light to conduct business.

I wasted 40+ hours of my time carefully researching and carefully selecting women's apparel and clothing to sell.....only for these monsters to CANCEL EVERY ORDER I MADE. Telling me I am not a legit business and not giving one ounce of information of what they needed from me to correct the problem.

I'm suing them for $10k. My time is extremely valuable and this "illegitimate" business will show them how real we are.

If there are other people who would like to join us and file a class action lawsuit, message me.

Really rude customer service, and if you sell on Amazon, Etsy, or eBay (as 90% of businesses do), they refuse to let you buy any stock. I thought I'd give them a chance on the $30 bars of soap and other extremely bloated prices, but because I sell on Amazon too - nope. Bad luck for the seller as they missed on a few hundred $. No way I'd give up my Amazon earnings to just buy from Faire. Prices also aren't competitive with China and India.

We received a few, high value orders totaling $8,000 with an "Expected Payout" as Faire noted on July 19. It is now July 28.
NO payout received.
NO mention of any problems by Faire.
NO response to customer service inquiries.

We finally received the overdue payment after weeks of chasing. I guess the next day payout doesn't really work with their system. We will try again and see if there is any improvement. Btw, thank you for the customer service finally stepped in to help resolving the problem.

If you want to wholesale on here don't waste your time.
I'm sure it's great if you're in the UK or USA, but in Australia, it's garbage.
Uploading products in a painful, time consuming, failure. The only way to actually do it properly is manually, each individual item.
The orders are pointless, $20, $40, $80, then they take 25% of it, haha.
They're jokers, there are many better options out there for wholesalers, Faire isn't it.

Went through a lengthy process of placing and order and was then asked for a lot of detailed information to verify my account. Was then denied as they don't sell to Ebay, Etsy, etc sellers. Why put retailers through this process when you could give that info up front. After reading the reviews on here I'm glad it didn't work out but would have been nice to not have wasted my time.

I have been trying to get someone from Faire support to respond to an email we sent 2 weeks ago asking for assistance with integration issues we are facing; but they simply have REFUSED to respond. Their claim that they are customer-centric is false. I have emailed them six time and still zero respond. Just HORRIBLE expereice so far. I dont even give negative reviews, but I was compelled to due to their lack of communication.

Stavo cercando di fare il primo ordine di gadget da vendere nella Tabaccheria di mia proprietà e dopo una richiesta di documentazioni e foto del negozio, che io ho prontamente mandato, mi hanno negato l’ordine. La risposta, tipica da chatbot, spiegava che loro non vendono a negozi “ in casa”, cioè’ non aperti al pubblico, o a chi rivende su Amazon.
Ho scritto replicando che sono titolare di una Tabaccheria aperta al pubblico e che non ho neanche un sito web per la rivendita, figuriamoci rivendere su Amazon! Mi hanno risposto nuovamente tramite chatbot ribadendo le medesime conclusioni.
