After I worked hard for my brand for 5 months, Faire closed my store and froze my funds. When I asked about the specific reason, the reply was unclear and it was not resolved, resulting in serious loss of money. I have been disappointed with Faire, and I suggest not to Sell with Faire.

Faire was doing great for me for 2 months and helped me gain loads of new customers, however out of no where they deactivated my account saying i was in breach of section 14 of their terms of service. Section 14 has over 16 different sections in it's self, and they would not point out what the exact reason was for deactivation, and would not give me the chance to appeal the decision. I believe the reason for deactivation was not because of section 14, but that they didn't want to give out any more of the £300 vouchers. DO NOT BECOME RELIANT ON THIS BRAND AS THIS CAN HAPPEN AT ANY TIME!!!

Still no response from faire owe us a lot of money for the products shipped out have had the audacity to say on my last review someone has contacted us which is not true I’m actually shocked a company would treat their fellow sellers like this

I ordered from an amazing small business but she got screwed over yo the point they closed her account, I received an order for them to refund me the credit and not give her payments.

She's had really bad feedback from customer reviews because of faire, avoid at all costs, they are scammers and only help who they feel

It took me 2 months to get my free credit from a business I referred.

Its not just buyers that have a problem with this company. Buyers are getting FREE goods. We, as sellers, aren't getting paid, yet we have already sent out the goods which have been received by the buyer. We, the buyers, are out of pocket!!!!

Tried to set up an account for my small craft business after recommendations from other business'. theirs rules seem very hit and miss about who they will give an account and who they won't. For many selling via FB is acceptable but for some reason it's not good enough for me to do that?? Avoid unless you want to be passed from pillar to post

I bought from NCLA in US, my company is in Europe, 15% of my products were missing. I contacted every party, NCLA, Fedex, Faire, nobody did anything, I paid for my very expensive products, way too expensive, and with 15% missing it's even MORE EXPENSIVE. 5 months later ZERO HELP, ZERO SOLUTIONS

Been in Faire for four months

Set minimum order at £100 to attract buyers in the hope they would like the products and place much bigger orders on the second order.

They liked the products but still only reached Fe minimum order value of £100 again.
After cat and duty and 15% commission it's just not worth doing it.
Even worse the price and products upload team keep changing the prices of our products even though we have sent them the correct prices ......they gave changed them twice and we have had to pay someone to change them back.
It's now become embarrassing in front of our existing customers having to reject their orders as the prices are wrong.... so we are pulling everything off the site and going back to SEO and sales.
Big shame.
I expect an email soon from Faire via trustpilot as they seek to verify who I am ...like they did before.
But I am real and so are these issues.

SMALL HANDMADE BUSINESSES BEWARE!

As a vendor, I thought Faire would be great and it initially was very promising. I had orders coming in and I was able to ship my products world-wide and make some great connections.

However, it all started to go wrong with the business registration side of things. I am a sole trader and have all the relevant HMRC paperwork but, Faire's partner Ayden rejected all my business registration documents on several occasions. Each time stating a new and different issue that was previously accepted. I was passed around from person to person at customer services with no real solution to the issue. I raised the issue with customer services that I am now working for free and shipping items (sometimes shipping was £50 per parcel) out of my own pocket. As without registration being complete I couldn't be paid. I was assured I would have the matter fixed and promised to be paid - low and behold they suspend my account because "your business cannot be verified"! This means my account is closed until Ayden verify me again - which they seem to be unable to do from valid HMRC docs and my passport so not sure what else I can provide. The final result is all my previous customers have been refunded and have their items so I worked for free. All my items are 100% handmade by just me and I work long hours getting wholesale orders done.

If you're a small handmade business avoid this platform because how they expect small businesses to work with no guarenteed recompense is disgusting. I will say Faire customer services tried their best to assist me but until they ditch Ayden I wont use them - other platforms use stripe verification which is simple and doesn't require so many documents.

I now have a bad reflection on my business because items have had to be cancelled and I've lost out on renumeration and valuable business contacts.

The worst customer service & definitely don't rate the bathbomb bar disgusting service and rude plus they are not listening to the actual problem I'm having, because they dont care

Terrible experience for small business. As a small business i was looking to stock some smaller items to use as add ons 9n my store.

There was a minorder which was fine, all went through 2 weeks later k chec, and it says they are in transit, I messagehhe seller and she says I was on holiday I haven't sent them yet, so she has blatantly lied.

I follow up a lot more and the seller stols responding.

I try to contact faire to report the business but they don't have that option and no way tocontact THEM. AFTER A WHILE I found a way to contact them and they say deal with the brand.

I still have not received nh item,s I ordered 1st November.

Avoid this company they have no protection for buyers and you get a mystery charge from a US shipping company.

I ordered from this company once with no issues however, every other order I attempted was a mess. They keep sending me email with deals and a promocode. Then I spend all the time to place the order and when I enter the promo code it's not valid. My store carries more than 300 vendors, so I DO know how to place a promo code order. I can place the order at full price but not with the offer. Each time this has happened, I've emailed them for assistance but have never received a reply back. There's no phone number so if you have an issue and get no response, you're screwed!

One other thing, I already do business with some of their companies and when I checked their price against the price I get working directly with one of my large vendors, it costs more through Faire. NO Thanks!

I am so glad I checked trustpilot for reviews before placing an order.
Ads for Faire kept popping up on my Facebook page, the goods looked very nice and so I completed the application to become a seller. I mustvgave a suspicious nature though as I decided to check reviews before proceeding.
Relieved that I did. Thus us why sites such as trustpilot are invaluable, so we can share information.

How disgusting a company is Faire that they allow small business owners crushed by Covid to spend hours and hours placing orders and talking to suppliers to be told two days later that they are not accepting them because their website is not up and running. How can it be running without merchandise? You should screen people before granting them access to suppliers. I am reporting them to the BBB. What shady and unethical business practices they have created.

After seeing non stop ads pop up for Faires gorgeous products I decided to give them a try and order materials and stock for my small business.

Big mistake! After taking all of my personal details, bank details etc and letting me order, I had an email 3 days later.
The email said please complete your shop information or we cannot release your order. (Threats for your personal information?) They asked for web address, screenshots of my shop they even asked for photographs of my tax return?!?!? Why??? I did not send those and alarm bells started ringing. The following day I had an email to say that my order had been cancelled because I sell on Etsy and they don't supply to people who sell via Etsy or other third party marketplaces.
This should be made very clear before they take all of your personal, business and bank details!!!
AVOID this company at all costs!

Total rip off …. Items received are substandard and over priced …. Then you will get a separate bill from an American carrier for £50 for shipping charges
My advice ….. avoid this company
