I would definitely recommend FAIRWINDS Credit Union. Their online banking service is easy to use and they process transactions better than regular banks. They were able to offer me a credit line AND an auto loan with simple online applications and with a few phone calls. Their customer service is excellent.

Easiest account set up ever!
I had no experience with setting up a high yeild online account and everyone i dealt with went above and beyond to help me. They answered all my questions and some I wasn't aware I should have asked. Polite courteous friendly understanding helpful are just some of the words to describe everyone of the people that helped me. I highly recommend this company who has real live caring people and their website is also user friendly!

They are credible, trustworthy, and customer focused. They have professional Wealth Management agents to assist in financial decisions. We have used the credit union since 1988 and will keep on going until there's a need to move away.

Waived late credit card fee, per my wife's surgery...
Recently preoccupied with my wife's spinal neurosurgery and recovery, I was a day late on my credit card payment--near unheard of for me, per my past work experience in the credit reporting industry. I asked FAIRWINDS for a reprieve from a late fee, and they cordially and graciously waived the fee, thanks!

Fairwinds is a great banking option
