Was quoted $151 only got $81. Sent pics of some boxes were dinged up during delivery (ok I get that) but they said some boxes were ripped from labels being torn off and I didn’t even take the labels off!!

We sent Ronald a detailed message as to why his quote was changed along with photos. He had a retail version of the Dexcom g6 on his order but sent a DME version. He had contour next strips he removed the labels and did damage to the boxes. We did a fair adjustment according to what we received. We ask all our sellers to dbl check all the supplies they send us to match what is placed in the online order .

I have been selling strips for a few years to this company and not once have I had an issue. I always receive my payment by check within a week or less. Just package your strips securely so they won't get damaged in route and everything will go smoothly.
