If the supplies are not packaged well with lots of packing materials, they can be damaged in transit. In fact, most of the damaged supplies we received were damaged during transit.
The #1 reason why they are damaged in transit is that there was not enough packaging material inside the box so your supplies don't move at all. That's how they get damaged. If there is room in between your supplies to move, when the courier moves the box from truck to plane, from plane to truck, from one location to another, the boxes inside shift and move around. Depending on the force used when moving the boxes during transit, they may be slightly damaged, or heavily damaged.
To avoid these damages, we strongly recommend putting all your supplies back to back inside the middle of your box and then filling the remainder of the box with packing materials so NOTHING MOVES after you close the box and shake it. This little tip avoids 99% of all damage in transit.

We are very sad to to see this review. We paid Amanda according to the way we received her supplies. She had one box marked as 7/9 months until expiring however it expired in only 5 months and did not meet our 7/9-month requirement. 2 boxes were considered damaged. No packing material was used in the shipment. Boxes were loose and able to bang around against each other. We did still purchase the 2 boxes at the damaged price and provided Amanda with pictures for proof. We hope this help explain the adjustment further and value her as a customer.

I was hesitant to send my supplies because I thought all the reviews were bots, they weren’t! I got paid $70 out of $90 because they said the boxes were dinged, not sure how but ok. Either way I got a decent amount back and I can say I’d do it again. I was paid next day after my supplies were delivered via cash app.

I'll admit. I was very upset that my first order took too long to process. Apparently because office was closed Friday for a convention. But, after communicating with management. Everything was cleared up and payment through zelle hit minutes after speaking with office manager.
