Fabulous mattress and great deliver service

The delivery was smooth and very swift. The customer service from the delivery staff was excellent and the product was exceptionally packaged.

Stunning bed fabulous quality

Nice product but delivery was poor. I ordered an armchair and the box was about 1 inch too wide for my door. I said let’s take it down the side of the house and in through my patio doors. They said their job was to deliver it and that they’d done that. I had a sofa arrive two weeks before from sofa.com and they brought everything in via that route and without any issue. The delivery guys arrived in an AnyVan and felt very unprofessional

Great service and advise. Offered plenty of alternatives and costs.
Also had a system to lie on that measures your body type and advises types of mattresses.
Not pushy either. P{laced order on the day.

I ordered a guest bed through an interior designer and waited nearly three months for it to arrive due to a series of failures that were never properly resolved or explained.
The delivery was postponed four times. On one occasion I made specific travel arrangements to London to be present — only to be told the day before that it wasn't coming. No apology, no proactive communication.
The last cancellation was caused by a fabric colour discrepancy: the bed had been produced in Greek Islands Stone instead of the agreed Greek Islands Chalk. Whether this was a Feather & Black factory error or an error by the interior designer placing the order was never made clear — but what was completely unacceptable is that Feather & Black refused to speak to me directly about it. This is my bed, I paid for it, and yet I was stonewalled because the order had been placed through a third party. The discrepancy was not even flagged by Feather & Black — I only identified it myself when reviewing the supplier invoice.
The knock-on effects were significant: cancelled plans, weeks without a guest bed, and considerable time spent chasing updates and corresponding about an error that should never have happened.
On top of all this, the prices are high for the quality you actually receive. There are far better options on the market for the money.
I would not order from Feather & Black again and would not recommend them to anyone expecting reliability, transparency, or basic customer service.

We ordered the KIKO accent chair for our extension. The chair is lovely and very computable and looks amazing. The guys that delivered the chair where very polite, wore yellow visible jackets and took their shoes off without being asked, excellent delivery and service provided throughout.

Simon was an extremely knowledgeable and professional sales consultant, who helped me narrow down the options and decide on the right beds and furniture for my new home. Super efficient all round, quality furniture I'm really looking forward to enjoying and all reasonably priced. Free delivery as well :)

2nd 'Oliver' bed that we have bought as we are so pleased with the first one. Looks lovely. There was a slight issue with the paint finish on a small part of the frame, but they swapped out the affected part within a week and manually completed the replacement in 10 mins. Additionally Customer services were super helpful and nice, and it was quick and easy to speak to a real person who was genuinely interested in rectifying the problem. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Feather and Black (or Dreams), their customer service is fantastic, as are their products.

Love my Oliver metal framed bed the rust colour is gorgeous. Customer service were very helpful with my delivery date’s and the delivery guys were just a good couldn’t be more helpful. Assembly was straight forward to. Highly recommend.

However to improve upgrade money connection handsets for payment. Another branch was contacted as the handset was not functioning.
The branch contacted was not as competent as manager at Dreams Canterbury. It took some time to sort this.

From start to finish excellent service. The shop experience was smooth with very helpful, informative staff members. The delivery was perfect. Sean and Stuart were on time, courtious and nothing was to much bother. I love my bed. Fabulous service and fabulous product. Well done Feather and Black. You have got it right .

The delivery team were the highlight of the experience, they were incredibly helpful and funny - especially first thing in the morning. They had the mattress uppacked and on the bed within 2 mins or arriving at out house, and they left with our recycled mattress without any issues.

Quality of the mattress is incredible, and exactly what we were after.
